Mon, Nov 20, 2017 -- Last night I tried to turn my heat on for the first time this season, and…read morenothing happened. I found R Fulton on Yelp this morning and gave them a call (even though I am usually skeptical of using service companies who do not already have reviews). Mr. Roderick Fulton answered the phone himself and said that he could have somebody at the house within a few hours. His serviceman, Al, called before he arrived and showed up promptly at the scheduled time at 11:00. At first Al thought the problem might be that inducer motor for the furnace needed replacing, but when he got up into the attic, he found that the motor had just gotten stuck and needed to be dislodged. He had the heat up and running in less than an hour! I am so appreciative of Al's honesty and professionalism. It reflects well on Mr. Fulton's company. (He easily could have told me that it was in fact a bad inducer motor or some other more costly problem). I am happy to leave R Fulton their first Yelp review. Definitely earned 5 stars! This company WILL NOT give you an arrival time or estimated timeframe of arrival. You are at their discretion and required to wait around all day for their call/text. It is now 1618hrs and I've taken the day from work for a possible costly repair and for no tech to call or show. It's sad a company that provides a service can't in return respect possible customers time and give beneficial updates or cancellation notices. I've read the reviews and I'm thankful others with similar experiences have shared who they were able to relay on for guaranteed service.
