On memorial day lenny answered the call and drove an HOUR away to handle it. He corrected my mistake and taught along the way. Unfortunately with the job done it turned out the work we accomplished made the problem worse and I called on ole lenny again. This time armed with the right tools and teamwork we figured it out. He offered a discount and I had to refuse because his worth ethic and drive to get the job done was inspirational. I highly recommend this company and I NEVER EVER leave reviews. We paid Cromwell Energy hundreds of dollars to do an annual check/tune-up on our boiler this past…read morefall, as we do every year. They apparently neglected to replace the oil filter and we had to call in an emergency repair service when our boiler stopped working, which also cost hundreds of dollars. The repair person today said they probably didn't replace the filter because it was so clogged it was difficult to remove and they didn't want to bother. Obviously, we'll never be using Cromwell to service our boiler again.
