I hired Air On Time to replace my old gas water boiler and hot water tank with a new wall mount boiler as I wanted to get something more efficient and also free up some space down in the basement. To say they did a great job was an understatement. They worked two days until completed, kept me informed throughout the way and were professional, clean and their work was phenomenal. Furthermore, part of my contract was to have them stub up a gas line for a future stove I was going to get installed and stated they would come back to do it up when received. Although it took longer on my end to get the stove, they were true to their word and came to not only do the gas work but left me an install kit as well. Very professional. I called and booked an apt 4 days ago to get my ac worked on. took time off from work, kept my child home from school (daycare which i still paid for), waited 4 hours (the time they a lotted for arrival) and they blew me off. I have a baby and a sick elderly dog in the house now with no ac and haven't had any for 4 days. when he finally called me back "he told me he didn't think he booked an apt with me" (he did) and offered no apologies or help to fix this problem. also he was very rude. awful person, awful company. I'm in complete disgust. i hope this review will save someone else's time, money and get them better service. read more
