    Update: This company went from a great experience, to the worst experience. My secondary heat…read moresource went out during the winter and I called for a service checkup. After about 15 minutes of work I was told the condenser had to be replaced due to mice chewing the electrical wires. I could understand this. Here is where the issue comes in. The technician first said it would be $3400 to replace. He then went to his truck and came back to tell my wife it would actually be $8,000, but they added a discount so I would Pay $6,000. The total cost of the whole install (condenser unit + 4 wall units) was 12,000. So just to replace the condenser is over half the cost of the initial install. I called to complain and spoke with the service manager. The service manager essentially explained to me that this was accurate because if they did the install today it would be 23,000. So they evidently had a 100% price increase. I then explained the invoice showed the unit itself as 2,000 and then labor as 6,000. He explained to me that was untrue, that due to the new invoice system they have, they can just put numbers anywhere essentially, so I should ignore the invoice. I explained my frustration and how that does not make any sense and I am not paying 6,000 for a condenser and labor. He said he understood and would escalate it higher and I would get a call later that day or the next. It's going on 3 days now and I have not heard back. This company went from one of my top rated to near highway robbery. I cannot reccomend them to anyone at this point, and will need to look into alternatives to get my heat back in the winter.

The guy who answered the phone gave me the voice like he just woke up and or was stoned, didn't want to be bothered, was rude not helpful at all. I just wanted to make sure someone would come out Monday morning but he couldn't be bothered. I will never use them again, would never suggest this company to anyone.

These visits were all related to the same issue - the system did not function properly to maintain the desired air temperature, particularly in the summer months. As the HVAC system installed was still malfunctioning, and we learned that the warranty was held by Bosch and did not require us to use our original installer, in May 2026 we decided to call another company we located due to their familiarity with Bosch systems to come look at the system. This new company was so appalled by the mess of the state of the wiring of the system and our prior experiences trying to have this issue resolved through Superior HVAC and Tank Removal that they did not bill us for their initial diagnostic visits. This new team immediately determined that the main power board on the inverter was fried and ordered a replacement part, which they recently installed. The system has been working perfectly ever since. What we're left wondering is why it took another company 45 minutes to immediately diagnose and correct (what seemed to them to be) a clear malfunctioning part in our Bosch inverter, when Superior HVAC and Tank Removal not only installed the system, but then also visited our property no fewer than 5 times (and we have been billed for 4/5 of those visits) and and failed to diagnose nor fix the correct issue? We do not wish to continue business with Superior HVAC and Tank Removal in the future given these experiences.

    READ BEFORE YOU CALL THEM:…read more My father (who speaks very little English) had bought a house and had called this company 2 days ago to come in to see why the heat was not working. Fahy MJ & Sons Inc had sent in their service tech in to check out the issue. The tech came in at 10-11 am talked on the phone the whole time, looked the furnace up and down installed two thermostats without permission and left almost close to 5 PM. The heat was never fixed. The company charged my dad 580 dollars for spending over 5 hours just diagnosing the issue. The heat was never fixed. When i called to complain today as to why my father was charged that much even though they did not fix the heat. The rude lady that answered the phone told me that the tech was only diagnosing the issue. She admitted that "the furnace did work when the tech left and that they STILL do not know whats wrong and they will need to come back again to diagnose further". She said " This is what we do and these are our business policies" What angered me the most is that instead of being a professional and discussing facts and logic she started to berate my father. No one should be exposed to that kind of treatment from anyone; much less from an employee of a legitimate business. I called her out on her business practices that they follow. They go for a service call spent an indeterminate amount of time "diagnosing" the problem and then bill you and tell you that they "Need To come back to do more diagnosing" I asked her if they had provided my dad with an estimate of the job and she said no. Instead the tech spends all of his work day in my fathers house while on the phone talking and very little working; because Fahy MJ cannot hire qualified techs that know how to do their jobs. This sub-par level of expertise and customer service is what makes consumers like us fear the day that our heat source breaks down. After talking on the phone to this very rude and unprofessional woman she became very irate and belligerent and started to say things like " Are you threatening me?, I am going to call the cops because i feel threatened". The woman i spoke to gives the company a bad name. If she is the manager of that office then the business will continue to experience complaints from consumers like me. Very shameful that a reputable company would do this to my father. They took advantage of my father's inability to speak English. Very sad to have to write this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
