Going down the list on Yelp I called several a/c repair places and all went to VM, had no answer or had an answering service, all but East Cooper who picked up right away and said no problem we'll have someone there first thing in the morning. We talked about some # numbers, what the issue could be etc. so I knew up front approx what I was looking at. At a little after 8 am today the tech showed up, prompt, courteous, professional and 30 minutes later, (if that), I had ice cold air pumping into my condo AND the price, including the service call fee, was about 1/2 of what we'd talked about on the phone. It took almost 2 1/2 months to finally get a manager involved to escalate the issue with the manufacturer. The technician who came to my house was unprofessionally dressed, and didn't even say hello. The ONLY reason I used them was our contractor who did an addition to house used them and they had the warranty on the unit needing repair. I would not recommend these folks.
