He promised to come up and eventually did, thought he could fix it, but left us in the lurch. We called another company whose technician came up and told us all that was left undone and what there was to do. It turns out Logan has lost his license, but he never told us this or referred us to another business who might help us out. We hope to get the company that made the unit to approve someone else for warranty work. We understand that he's had some setbacks in his personal life, but he still shouldn't leave people in the lurch like that.
