I thought I was going to have to wait while to be seen based on how many people were in that store. However, right when I walked in Joseline was there to greet me and help me out. She was very nice and professional. She explained the process for getting my new phone, explained the transfer process and even set a timer so that I could go shopping and come back since it was going to take an hour for my phone to clear the security process. She even showed me an entire drawer of cases since I told her the ones on the website were just boring. I got 2 cases from her that I loved. While I was shopping, I came back and she had already put my screen protector on (perfectly btw) and put my case on my new phone. I just had to do some minor set up stuff and give her the ok to erase my old phone. She even explained the receipt which we all know sometimes all those numbers look strange but she clarified everything. I 100% recommend this store.
