Once I pulled up to a spot and checked in on the app, I only had to eat several minutes before an associate brought my order out. It was a lot quicker than I had expected, and I will definitely use this location for the curbside pick up. The designated pick up parking spaces are a little bit away from the front door where all of the traffic is. They also have plenty of pick up parking spaces.

Easy to schedule free delivery and to take away old 200 lb TV ($100 fee to dispose of old TV, worth it in our opinion). Delivery people were quick and competent. Delivered TV when they said they would. Unboxed, installed stand, and set it in place. Turned on to check that it worked. Took away box and packing. Completed installation to theater surround system and other components myself. Only hiccup in the installation was due to the width of the stand. We had planned on swapping our two original TVs and placing the new TV on our 41¾" table. The big screen store stand online measurements make no sense and Samsung lists it as 40" wide. It is actually 42¼" wide. We decided we were fine with putting the new TV where the TV we were disposing of was. Delivery people took this change in plans in stride.

At first, I thought "okay, he's just trying to force a sale..." I was wrong, and yet a bit right. He *DID* have a computer to sell me, but it was an AWESOME deal. They buy excellent (HP, Dell, etc.) laptops from top tier companies that have a two year "technology refresh" contract. Into these 2-year-old laptops, they wipe the memory, put in a new HD, new battery, a fresh install of the OS (Win10 on mine) and recent MS Office. They even through in a new power brick and cord. The price? $200 for mine. (I'd guess this may be slightly higher by now, or based on the batch they have received/refurbished). I will never buy another brand new laptop while living in B'more, as long as BNet is in business. Good shop, and a great deal on a computer that's still running strong
