It goes dark, stays dark when it's not supposed too, lags, unresponsive sometimes and the worst part is it drains my battery. Can't go 4-5 hours without having to charge my phone. Never like this before having to replace the screen. Lesson learned, go to apple and pay the extra for the real deal.

Everything had worked ok, it was just that it kept turning off from overheating. After waiting, I got a call that the ps5 isn't sending a signal through the hdmi port. Something about the hdmi not receiving enough power from the mother board, from what I remember. They offered to swap the hdmi to see if that works, to which I said ok. But it didn't. They handed it back saying that it's unrepairable. It turned from cleaning out a ps5 to being unrepairable. At least they had good customer service, and they said they refunded since it wasn't repairable. Which at least that is good. I didn't want my friend to have to spend money on buying a completely new console so I tried a different place. I took it to a place called console repair store. I should've taken it there before considering the name. I knew about it, but forgot about it. They not only did a cleanout, but had said the hdmi wasn't even soldered on correctly, along with it being crooked. Unlike UbreakIfix they aren't a corporation that's constantly changing technitions. It's just one very good technition from what I saw.

Either this service is a sham or they really need to work on training their staff on the ABC of customer service. I was not aware that they have a lifetime battery swap out per key fob but if you have 2 fobs per car make it make sense. Lol. Just swap the batteries and bring in the one that is causing trouble. The batteries are $9.99 so $26.99 makes sense for a one time fee for life. I was speaking to the very nice and knowledged Olivia and she not only changed the batteries out but informed me of all the money saving options as well as setting up for the key fob addition with a coupon that will make it under $200. Im coming back as the dealership is $500+. They are super nice and customer service is my thing. In addition, this store has more then the name.
