Walls are so dirty! Soap on top of dispenser and paper towel machine is broken

No staff supervision on floor No staff operating wipeout and trapeze (someone finally came out after 1.5 hours for wipeout) Several staff chatting behind the counter Filthy bathrooms Only had three small tables by concession area Otherwise it's a nice place. Just needs a good cleaning and better staff.

Giving 3 stars only because the staff is always super friendly however the place has gone neglected for as far back as February (we had another child's party here) for repairs. There was a huge space between the edge and the trampoline my husband and I were jumping on that he fell INTO and the area it happened, we noticed afterwards there was no light at all in that area that was functioning. Coming back this time we assumed everything would be repaired but nope, there are even more open spaces. I had a mini heart attack (ok a lil dramatic but still) when I noticed a kid legit NBA style dunking on a basketball rim connected to a trampoline with a SCRUNCHIE holding it together and a caution sign (looked like a wet floor sign- I guess they are the same) that was lying flat on the floor. Needless to say as nice as the staff is I can assure you they will give a polite "we are so sorry" if one of your kids falls through the padding to the pits of hell. If you love adventure and dances with the devil, you found your spot! Also, there were no visible hand sanitizer machines and the pad used to sign the waiver had I can only imagine boogers all over it.. (ok again dramatic maybe pizza but it was gross) I included pictures.

This place is a super spreader event! Besides that, the MAJOR issue is several areas have height requirements but there was 1 employee working the entire trampoline area. A few areas require an employee to be manned, like wipe out and the trapeze. With 1 employee it's just not possible to be everywhere. I witnessed little children under the requirements jumping off the trapeze platform and onto each other. SAFETY is a real issue here! I felt like I had to watch my kids every second. So super stressful. The website says it highly recommends you were a mask. No one had masks. No employees. No parents and no kids. I didn't witness anybody cleaning anything. The employees were nice and friendly. There is a small concession stand for chips or water. There is one thing I really liked and it was the massage chairs for parents, although there was a cost. Most trampolines were in good shape. I do question the crash pad pit, it made me nervous there was a crease where kids were falling and it was not inflated all the way.

Suck a fun place I would come here again me and my brother were here and we had such a fun time we played basketball and we were jumping and it was super fun

This place did have quite a few attractions more than other jump parks in the area. Unfortunately it was very dirty. As you can see in the pictures the place doesn't seem to have been cleaned in a while. The restroom was out of toilet paper and the staff seemed bothered when told about it. Would suggest a deep cleanly then regular scheduled cleaning and this could be a 4 star!

Good place to kids have fun, i bought membership for 3 kiddos, I can bring them any time 2 hrs jumping for 50 monthly. Most of time visit 2 hours prior coloring time and almost all time there is few people jumping.

I will never recommend this place again for a party or any type of event…read more I recently hosted my daughter's 6th birthday party here, and the experience was extremely disappointing due to constant miscommunication and poor management. The employee I initially spoke with gave me completely different information than what I was told later, which created unnecessary confusion throughout the entire process. The facility itself was also concerning. Several trampolines were damaged to the point that duct tape was being used to hold them together. The bathrooms were extremely dirty--so much so that multiple families left the party to use a nearby gas station and then returned. That alone was embarrassing as a host. I also felt bad for our party host, Trinity, who seemed unprepared and unsure of how to handle situations, likely due to lack of proper guidance. Management even made a comment that he "just wants to leave," which reflected the overall lack of care and professionalism. The final issue involved the party favors. We were told that since they ran out, we would receive free jump passes instead. However, when one of my guests tried to use the pass the next day, it was not valid because it had not been signed or dated by management. This was extremely embarrassing for me as the host. Additionally, I was told ahead of time that the $50 outside food fee would be waived for cake, chips, and drinks. When it came time to pay, I was told that was not true. When I called to clarify beforehand, I was even told I could purchase drinks there to avoid the fee--but then was informed they don't provide cups for guests, which makes no sense. To make matters worse, one employee I spoke with sounded inebriated, and I later heard that this is not uncommon. Apparently, some court monitors allow friends to bring in "water" bottles so they can drink while jumping. Overall, this experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and embarrassing. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere when planning an event.

Could Be Better -- Needs Some Improvements…read more I was really excited to go to Urban Air, but it didn't live up to the hype. The place was packed, which is understandable, but there didn't seem to be enough staff around to keep things organized or safe. Some areas felt a little chaotic, and a few of the attractions looked worn down or not well-maintained. The prices are pretty high for what you get, especially when certain features weren't even open. Also, the food was just okay -- not something I'd go there for again. It has a lot of potential and could be a fun spot if it was cleaned up a bit and had better supervision. Probably not coming back anytime soon unless they make some changes.

Every time they visit, they get a special pair of Urban Air socks with rubber tread on the bottom, which is required here. My kids take the socks home and it's a brilliant piece of marketing. The layout and attractions all seemed pretty okay. One weird thing is that directly above the birthday party tables there is a harness course. See my picture. If someone were playing on the harness course, they would be raining down dust or potentially falling and being caught by the harness directly above the birthday party table. I wouldn't want my kids eating at the table looking directly up at the kids above them as it's a choking hazard. Really strange choice. Keep in mind that playing at or having a birthday party at someplace like Urban Air does come with a real risk of injury as a friend's child seriously hurt herself at a birthday party like this. It's a general risk. The parents' lounge upstairs is a little lackluster besides having a spot where you can sit and watch your kids from above. I also brought my one year old kid, hoping they would have a toddler place space, but there's nothing for a toddler to do there, ages 3 and up I would say.

My grandson is the urban air expert. I was definitely the newbie. He was visiting from Denver,…read morewhere Urban Air is one of his favorite places, so of course it was on our list of things to do when he was here. With temperatures over 110 degrees outside, I was also very grateful for someplace indoors where he could climb, jump, zip line and burn off all that wonderful kid energy. What I did not expect was how impressed I would be with the people. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel like we belonged there. Feyi, the team member at the front desk, made sure we had everything we needed and knew exactly where to go. Throughout the facility, team members were attentive, engaged and, most importantly to this grandmother, clearly focused on safety. Watching my grandson carefully harnessed before flying through the air above my head made me very happy! I also had the pleasure of meeting Maria, the manager, and clearly understood where that culture comes from. We had a wonderful conversation about her team, their birthday parties, training, safety and the importance of making sure every child has a great experience. She told me that whether they're incredibly busy or having a quieter day, the expectation is the same: be focused, be present and take care of the people who are there. When my grandson was going on the Sky Rider, my curiosity peaked. What would happen if a child was excited to go on and then...wasn't. One team member told me that there are children who can't wait to go on...until their feet leave the platform and they suddenly realize they're actually hanging in the air. She described how she calmly and carefully brings them back when they're not quite ready. That little story told me a lot about the people working there. I've lived in Southlake longer than Urban Air has been here, yet this was my first visit. My grandson walked in like a regular, and somehow they made me feel like one too. Whether your children already know every corner of Urban Air or you're walking through the doors for the very first time, you're in good hands. And if our experience is any indication, you'll find a team that wants your kids to have a wonderful time while making sure they're safe doing it. Thank you, Maria, and thank you to the team. You turned something my grandson wanted to do into an experience his grandmother enjoyed just as much...although I happily kept both feet on the ground. Judy H.

The toys, mats, and everything else was much more presentable too because it is a newer location. Their party room was a great size, and the set up for the party was lovely for the kids. My only complaint was that the room was stocked with any supplies so anytime you needed something you had to hunt down a staff member and ask them to grab stuff when they should have had those items already stocked in the room (i.e. utensils, napkins). Overall enjoyed our visit and would recommend to other families looking for a safe, newer place for kids to enjoy and burn off their energy.

It was tough to get them to step away from the jungle gym area for cake & food. And my kids LOVE cake and food (which were French fries & chicken nuggets). My youngest often is a bit hesitant to go up high or down slides, but he was drawn to all levels of the area from the ground floor to the 3rd floor. He had an absolute blast and had no qualms going around all the older kids running around. With that said, I will say there were several times when older kids came in to the area dedicated for younger kids and were playing a bit too rough. They were constantly bumping & knocking over not just my son, but other kids in that area as well. I get that it was unintentional and they were having fun, but it would've been nice if that area was policed a bit by employees to make sure any kids in that area were either of age or respecting the younger kids. The food itself was fine. For the adults there were pizzas that were totally passable. A tad undercooked, but nothing inedible. All the kids and all the adults ate just about every piece of food out during out time. The private room we had for the party was great. It was set up basically just for food and a place for parents to congregate but that's totally fine. There was no need for any activities for the kids. The kids wanted to spend as little time there as possible. So, if you're looking for a great place to let your kids run around and blow of steam/energy, while also maybe giving you some time to relax as there is an (admittedly) small seating area for adults, then Cheeky Monkeys is a great option for you.
