My son and his friends went to ninja kids today. At some point some stranger stole one of the friend's cell phone from the cubbies. My kids told the manager Jordan. It was a zoo as it was a Saturday. We weren't able to find it so we left our name and info before leaving. Within two hours Jordan called- he/she had watched footage and located the person- called them- told them they needed to return the stolen phone and they're bringing it back! Same as the multitudes of people that said they've been signed up for a membership unknowingly. When you go in and ask to pay for a one day entry, they say what your signing is a waver for the entry but they're really signing you up for a monthly membership. I took my son and his friend once in September and they have charged me every month for the last 7 months for 2 memberships!!!Looking at the reviews, this is a common practice. Good news for me, my best friend is an attorney that is looking into a class action lawsuit. They have refused to refund me the close to $400 they have stolen. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Absolutely horrible! Drove about 35 minutes to come here and this place is ridiculous. Employees aren't supervising anything but walking around together or on their phones besides 1 really sweet girl. She was blowing her whistle getting onto some kids. Friends of the employees were coming in free, no wristbands or socks. Restrooms were dirty and the boys was closed so we had to go upstairs. Pros and cons for sure, but bottom line is we had a ton of fun. These places are so dangerous. I know they're common and super popular and super fun, but WOW, just a thousand ways to get injured. And while there are rules, sometimes it feels like a free-for-all with very young staff and supervision. LOTS of options here and areas suitable for all ages, but the ninja warrior area is my favorite. Boy was I sore the next day - ha!! Hands hurt, shoulders hurt, various arm muscles hurt, abs hurt. Killer workout for sure. Like most places these days, they seemed understaffed and certain areas needed more supervision and general help. I admit there were times when help COULD have been there but staff were messing around, so... that always sucks. But the bottom line is you and your kids can have a great time here if you're into this sort of thing. read more

Giving 3 stars only because the staff is always super friendly however the place has gone neglected for as far back as February (we had another child's party here) for repairs. There was a huge space between the edge and the trampoline my husband and I were jumping on that he fell INTO and the area it happened, we noticed afterwards there was no light at all in that area that was functioning. Coming back this time we assumed everything would be repaired but nope, there are even more open spaces. I had a mini heart attack (ok a lil dramatic but still) when I noticed a kid legit NBA style dunking on a basketball rim connected to a trampoline with a SCRUNCHIE holding it together and a caution sign (looked like a wet floor sign- I guess they are the same) that was lying flat on the floor. Needless to say as nice as the staff is I can assure you they will give a polite "we are so sorry" if one of your kids falls through the padding to the pits of hell. If you love adventure and dances with the devil, you found your spot! Also, there were no visible hand sanitizer machines and the pad used to sign the waiver had I can only imagine boogers all over it.. Went here one time last year around October and didn't realize they have been charging my card monthly since November. We DID NOT sign up for any kind of membership. We don't even live in that area and know we are moving out of state in February. Be careful when you go to this establishment cause they will sign you up without your permission. read more

This place is a super spreader event! Besides that, the MAJOR issue is several areas have height requirements but there was 1 employee working the entire trampoline area. A few areas require an employee to be manned, like wipe out and the trapeze. With 1 employee it's just not possible to be everywhere. I witnessed little children under the requirements jumping off the trapeze platform and onto each other. SAFETY is a real issue here! I felt like I had to watch my kids every second. So super stressful. The website says it highly recommends you were a mask. No one had masks. No employees. No parents and no kids. I didn't witness anybody cleaning anything. The employees were nice and friendly. There is a small concession stand for chips or water. There is one thing I really liked and it was the massage chairs for parents, although there was a cost. Most trampolines were in good shape. I do question the crash pad pit, it made me nervous there was a crease where kids were falling and it was not inflated all the way. read more

Pros: lots of attractions to choose from. Climbing areas, rope obstacles, small par core area, free fall areas. Friendly staff at the front desk. Cons: NO one monitors the trampoline areas. Kids are jumping off a 20 foot drop and no one there monitoring them. Ask the front desk staff to use an attraction that required a staff member. No one came over to get the attraction going. Most staff were on their phones and paid no attention. The trampolines are functional and not broken, however it is extremely dirty. I doubt it has been cleaned in years. read more

My kid picked up a ciggerette butt on the floor inside the facility while I was filling out their long release form... they force you to buy their socks even if you have your own... They tried to charge me for 2 hours when they were only open for another hour and a half, and they wanted $97 for 3 kids and 2 adults for only an hour and a half that is insane we walked out. As you can see in the pictures the place doesn't seem to have been cleaned in a while. The restroom was out of toilet paper and the staff seemed bothered when told about it. We booked a party for my daughter's birthday. They hardly helped us at all while setting up. They didn't leave silverware, no ice, didn't help serve anything. They were hardly in our room at all checking in. The party before us also let us know that the staff was no help for their party as well. The bill didn't add up to what they said it would. New improvements are great with the transition from Airborne to Ninja kids. However, the changes and reduction in pricing has brought the wrong crowd. New employees are letting their friends and family play do whatever (some don't even have wristbands). Took my kids here and they love it. I have a toddler and a teenager. Suitable for all ages. They all had fun and returned a few times. Tickets are easy accessible and you can even buy them through Groupon! Overall, we had lots of fun. It's really busy on Saturday's but it clears out around 6pm-7pm. We just hosted my son's birthday party today, and all of the kids had a blast! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (Thank you Makita!!!). The place was extremely clean. When considering where to host my son's birthday party, Airborne Lewisville provided the most bang for our buck! We chose here because they had a weekday deal which made it way cheaper than the cost of an Urban party. The Airborne Adventure party also included pizza and a private party room. This park is more spacious and open than our local Urban Air so the party-goers enjoyed the variety, and I liked the fact that I could see everyone at all times! We have been to Urban Air, Altitude, and other trampoline parks and my kids always have a blast so we were excited to try this one out, especially since it's down the street! I will say for the price, it's a bit expensive if you compare to other places that are much larger and offer more jumping activities. Now, I was really annoyed with their pricing. They charge for age, not height, which isn't fair if one of your kiddos is over age five (so it's full price) but they can't do half the activities because they're 1" or 2" shy of the height requirement. They still charge the full price of $20 even though out of 10 activities they can only do 4 of them, and that's including the little kid "guppies" play area. I can understand if it were a smaller kid like a toddler but really? Being strict on 2" on something like "wipe out" where it's just the foam poles going around and they need to jump or duck? When I asked them why I was charged the full price if my son couldn't even do half of the activities the front desk staff kept repeating, "well, we do it based off age and he's over five..." to which I kept explaining that they need to charge based off HEIGHT and not age if height is affecting his ability to participate, not his age. The assistant manager was understanding and gave me half price back for his ticket. We were so excited to make this our new jumping place but we probably wont be coming back unless they a.Change the pricing to height and not age or b.My son grows another two inches so he's not left out and I'm not charged full price for him to only do half of the fun. read more

We had my son's 10th birthday party here, and although the kids had a blast , we did not get what we booked. Booked an upstairs party room, which sounded cool so that parents could look out over the arena and watch. We were given a downstairs room, with a TV that didn't work. The party host was spread thin, covering the front as well as addressing our needs so it wasn't very organized. We have had birthday parties at other venues with party hosts and know what to expect for the money you pay. The facility itself was ok, and the kids had fun, but one attraction was closed and there weren't any staff members to be found to assist with other attractions. Other negatives- my son was supposed to get a t shirt with a party booking, didn't get it. He was given a pass for 10 hours of games at Labyrinth, but you have to be 12 to play so guess he is waiting 2 years to enjoy that. I do not feel like we got our money's worth at this place and would recommend booking a bday party elsewhere. Seems like the quality of products/ experiences these days is sub par and the new norm. We took our grandkids and a couple of their friends. Two of the more popular attractions were not available. The Wipe-Out area and the Trapeze. The young clerk said Wipe-Out didn't open until 4:00pm, but there was no mention of that on the website. Also, there is supposed to be a hook to retrieve the trapeze bar and she couldn't find it. The mats surrounding the trampolines appeared quite dirty. The jousting poles had holes in them. Despite all of this the kids found a way to entertain themselves, however, I highly doubt I will return here. read more

This trampoline park was not at all what I expected. I had heard good feedback from reviews and friends that had gone here but when me and my two kids showed up we immediately were surprise by the uncleanness and expensive price of the tickets.My kids said that the regular trampolines were terrible and you could barely even jump on them. They also said that when they went to play on the dodgeball court that they was only 4 balls which led to kids hogging them and not letting other kids play. They was only 1 person watching the whole trampoline park. There was a trapeze that my son wanted to try which he did but ended up in him breaking his arm. This led me to become extremely frustrated and never come here again. The reason he broke his arm was that the young teen who was running the trapeze had pushed him off which led to him breaking his arm. While he was sitting down and I was think what should I do. I decided to get up and ask for a ice bag which they preceded to tell me to buy it which was 5.99 this got me pissed and made me leave the trampoline park frustrated knowing that I will never come here again.
