From what we could tell everyone was having fun and they were even giving out free red, white and blue slushies for the fourth. I couldn't rate them a 5 as the employees weren't the friendliest and none of them looked to care to be there which is a big deal I think at a place that have huge safety signs everywhere. Everything was also very dirty, the floor, the equipment and the bathrooms. Overall my boys had fun but we won't be back.

The staff at the front check in were pleasant enough. One accommodated us by taking a quick group photo for us. There was also a manager (that they think was named Chris) that allowed my daughter to use an empty party room due to health issues. She is epileptic and the flashing lights in one part of the facility were a concern. He also brought her a fan when she was hot, which was way over the top. So so appreciated. Sadly, the rest of the employees there, with the exception of the two young ladies at the snack bar, were all rather rude. Only one cracked a smile and became more pleasant when I engaged in conversation with him. The rest acted like they hate their jobs and would rather be anywhere else. In fact, I went up on the skywalk and the zip line and there were no instructions given whatsoever. Just hooked up and pointed in the right direction. Chris, or whatever his name was, that helped with my daughters comfort and safety is why I am still giving four stars despite the rude staff members. Also, my granddaughter had an amazing time.

It was honestly chaos and unorganized. There should be a lane dedicated for people who have memberships and advanced purchases. If there is one. I did up going to the side and speaking with a staff member to check in and bypass the line to buy tickets. My son and 1 stayed about 3 hours, which was nice. I usually am active and engaged by jumping but it was too crowded and wanted the kids to the enjoy the space. I did enjoy myself for about 45 minutes of the time. Part of the membership is kids get a slice of pizza and snack. We went around 7:45pm as they closed at 9. The snack is usually popcorn or chips. My son wanted popcorn. He got a little and kernels. They gave us a buzzer as they were supposed to make more but I didn't see that happening around 15 minutes. We decided to leave, so I returned the buzzer without the popcorn. I think they should have a limit on how many people are present so that people can actually enjoy it without it being cramped. The free jump trampoline area had multiple people in one spot when it's supposed to be one only. There was no staff attending to that area but was a staff member at the other areas. In the future, I think I'm going to come earlier in the day if I'm going on the weekend to hopefully beat the crowd. But they have many birthday parties there too, along with walk ins. It can just be very overwhelming.

What really stood out for us was how safe and inclusive the space felt -- especially for families with kids of different ages. Our son Eli was able to jump comfortably, and we appreciated how attentive the team was throughout our visit. The energy was fun without feeling chaotic, and everything ran smoothly. You can tell they're intentional about both safety and guest experience, which matters a lot as a parent. We also loved hearing about the upcoming renovations and are excited to come back and see the updates once they're complete. Overall, this was a fun, stress-free experience, and we'd definitely recommend Get Air to other families looking for something active to do in the area. We'll be back!

You pay entry and stay as long as you like, which def makes the hefty price tag feel more reasonable. There are multiple options for kids to do. The large playground has tons and tons of climbing areas, a ball pit, and obstacle courses. There are trampolines for basic jumping and flipping and there are basketball dunk trampolines. Their "pit" is covered and I fully appreciate that. My daughter got lice from the pit at Sky Zone once. Those foam cubes are gross and I love that this is covered. They have a slack line and jousting beam, ninja course, and dodgeball area. They also have part rooms and a Sky Lounge where adults can escape the chaos while their kids play. The cons were broken equipment and some of the staff acted like they hated their job. Now... I will say it really was 1 person in particular and the rest of the staff was pretty nice. But that one person did leave a negative impression. All in all the place is clean and it is a great option for fun, especially if the weather is bad.

Came to Urban Air for a birthday party…read more It really annoys me when we go to a venue for a party and we STILL have to wait in a long line only to check in for a party. Luckily a lady came by after a while and asked if we were attending a party and let us check in through the self service kiosk... In my opinion, someone should be on standby as guests for parties are arriving to help them get checked in quickly and taken to where the party is taking place. When you book a party, you select a time slot, why not have the party coordinator receive the guests as they come?? It would make the process a whole lot easier.. I have not been to Urban Air since my son had his Birthday there a few years ago, but I can see a decline in the cleanliness of the establishment. There are just a bunch of young kids working here that have no conflict resolution skills, the place was dirty. I did like that they had everything set up before hand for the party, that was nice. They provided the socks and wrist bands for the kids, they provided the pizza as well. Overall, despite how I felt, my son and his friends had a great time, and I guess that's all that matters! They have zip lining, bumper cars, a ball pit, trampolines, VR etc. So a lot to do for sure.

They sold me the "all day" pass, which was $60 for 4 people and shoe rentals, including 2 kids. Seems a bit pricey, but okay. Our first lane had technical issues but they moved us a lane over which seemed to work fine. I've seen bowling alleys that have electronic bumpers, but this place still had the manual ones. After we started our third game, we were suddenly cut off without explanation. When I went up to inquire, I was told that the "all day" pass ends at 3pm and they were so generous as to have given us an extra hour before cutting us off without warning. We arrived at 2pm, and I can't understand why I was sold something they knew was supposed to end in an hour. That aside, I saw no signage and was not informed. The girl behind the desk claims the GM who sold this to me "must have told me." I walked away because I could feel the anger rising. My wife came back and argued that I hadn't been told and that it made no sense to end an all day pass at 3pm. We were given a coupon to redeem 2 free games (expires end of year), so at least they did something to try and make it right. Just be aware about the all day pass because it ain't all day! The pizza we had was fine. Better than expected for a bowling alley. I'll probably come back to redeem that coupon and play some billiards.
