I have to agree with the other one star reviews. We had our boys enrolled for summer "camp" and it…read morewas disappointing. Much like the other reviews, their teenage students head up supervising the kids. It is very clear they cater to the kids who are full time students, and discriminate against non students and males (only 4 out of 30 kids were boys). At the end of movie time, one of the female students moved into my son's space and threw her blanket onto him. He moved it out, and the little girl went straight to the teacher. The teacher then told him to move. She labeled him as disrespectful because he did not want to move. Think of it this way. If you are at work, and someone comes in and drops their bag on your desk, then the manager tells you to move. Who is being rude and inconsiderate? Was that not your workspace? Is it wrong to expect/want that person to ask, can I put this here? Would you not want your manager to stand up for you and let that person know they are invading your space? Was that person not expected to use their manners? This was clearly a double standard and discriminatory. If you are rude and disrespectful in your approach, the expectation should not be for a child to do better than the "person in charge". Lastly, the kids were cooped up inside all day and there was not a lot of thought into the program.

You basically stole my money by charging my card without permission. I can not believe I was nice…read moreand worried about your business and let you charge me during this pandemic. Only for you to continue to charge me after my daughter's session was up. I called and spoke to Pam Lowder who refused a refund then was rude and hung up on me. They sent me the policy that says my session was up but still charged me anyway? For me it isn't about the money. I didn't care that I was being charged during a pandemic because I wanted to support locally owned businesses. They even sent an email asking if anyone didn't want to be charged, but I never responded. I figured I would let them continue to charge me for the rest of my daughters session I had already committed to. I noticed today that they charged me even though my daughter' session ended May 31. So I call and nicely ask for a refund and was told no. I asked Pam Lowder (the owner I believe) again for a refund. She starts getting very.. hmm? annoyed by me and hangs up on me. This is where it gets fun! I see RED when I'm hung up on! I called back not so nice this time and she starts calling me a 2 year old and hangs up again. She had the audacity to send me the photos of the policy where it clearly states her session dates! I call back... NO ANSWER. So I call again and again. Still no answer. I called A LOT guys! They only answered twice. Not Pam though. Pam had a man and woman each answer once to tell me not to call and to call me more names. And of course to hang up on me again. Still seeing RED! They called the Sherrif y'all ! Over $65! I'm not allowed to call there anymore I regret letting them have access to my credit card information.

Living in the area since 2016 we've sampled our fair share of athletic gyms & clubs for our three…read morechildren. That being said, Carolina Elite Trampoline is hands-down the best we've landed at thus far, and worth every single penny. Every instructor is highly skilled, most holding State, Regional, US and/ or International medals in Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) Gymnastics. These are the people you want training your kids, folks. Class sizes are small (currently 6 or less students per class), with multiple classes offered daily throughout the week (with the exception of Sundays). Classes are categorized as "Jumpers" (trampoline based), or "Tumblers" (tumbling based), and broken down by age groups. Classes offered are recreational, however once requisite skills are attained, students have the opportunity to try out for their elite team, which is their competitive team which travels to compete against other athletes on the State, National and International levels. I have seen my children's skills, strength and confidence explode over their time at Carolina Elite. I highly recommend this gym!

Beware!! Don't send your kids here!!!…read more I sent my child to this gymnastics place for no less then maybe 3 weeks, on the 3rd week I had a conflict and had to drop off my 5 year old daughter and take my older son to baseball and told the coach that my husband would pick up our daughter and to not let her leave with anyone else. The coach understood and I left, when my husband went to go pick her up she was NOT THERE!! She couldn't be found by anyone. She wasn't with her coach, the office, in the back no where to be found. They all looked from staff to coach's to random parents. She was eventually found , she had been take by another parent and their child to the car. When I heard about it I called them and they put the blame all on me, that I didn't tell the office and that it is policy to tell the office. And that this was the first time this has ever happened. I'm sorry is all they said and that in policy I need to tell the office, they didn't care for the fact that my child had almost left with someone else that we didn't know, or that my child got in someone else car. It takes only 1 time for that to happen. My child is not returning to this place and neither should yours! They didn't take any fault on themselves and put all the blame on me and my husband for her going missing. Don't let your child be the one to have this happen to next, heaven forbid they end up getting kidnapped instead.

They have helped my daughter successfully grow in her strain of gymnastics while giving her life skills and an understanding of success from hard work as she has grown older. They are a great staff and they care about the progression and growth of their students. Gymnastics is a great sport and the life lessons they learn from it is even greater.
