So here I am 10 minutes late for 2nd appt and preparing myself for a little attitude. Nothing could've been further from the truth. Lorraine, bless her heart, ended up having to work with me. She also had enough time to do my Botox. This is now my 4th session and I saw results drastically increase after my 2/3 visits. For the first 2 months, you might see start to grow back after a week or so but my last visit lasted me a whole month. Sadly I am traveling soon so this will be my last visit for a while but I do recommend this to anyone. May was kind enough to offer scheduling me in whenever I get back from travels (after Groupon's expiration date). Each appointment takes me 10 minutes maximum during the session. You might have to wait a bit (~10 minutes) sometimes but it's not bad at all since May is so quick and efficient. She was also very understanding when I completely missed my appointment.
