Real disappointment with this place and Lana!!! First she stacks appointments right next to each other with no time for preparing the table for the next client in between. She was always on the edge with me and is not courteous at all, which is so surprising in the beauty industry. Extremely rude person on top of just reaping $$$ from the clients. Money is her only focus. I was ignoring all these signs for every appointment of mine till date even though she did not make me feel welcomed right from the very first appointment. I ignored my own experience as I was relying on positive experiences that people have posted here. Every time I was a few minutes late (3-5 min), she was upset and expressed that to me. I kept quiet assuming she is suggesting this for my benefit. She also charged me for the full time...today she charged $55 for 8 min treatment. Few times, she was chatting with her previous client and ate into my time. She still charged me for the full time. Plus I found hair untreated when I got home. Today when I spoke up to clarify that she is charging me for the full time anyway and I don't understand why she is upset, she refused her services. How rude can someone be, especially in the beauty industry!!! I never write reviews but have to share this.
