In addition, this last visit was the worst. I got a huge burn on my face. I thought it would die down after the first night but it looks pretty bad now and I've had to go into work for big presentations trying to cover this up. When I walked in, no good morning, just can I help you as she serviced another customer. Told her I had a 9am appointment. She continued to work on customer and talking with a mask on. I told her to forget it, because at that point I was done with the attitudes.
