Dr. Flashner has created something really special- there's a reason he keeps expanding (I think Dedham is the 5th location and they keep adding). I had my initial consultation when the first opened over the summer and it was very low pressure. I've since come in for a couple of different treatments and am always blown away by both the commitment to excellence and the customer service. (It's the little extras like seeing if you'd like a water and ALWAYS calling to follow up with you afterwards that go a long way in my book). Timea might be the kindest person I've ever met. She makes me feel incredibly comfortable and taken care of, and she is great about explaining the procedures.
