I miscalculated and while the driver did attempt to message me several times with all the noise at the airport I didn't see the message. Upon finally making it to the pick up point, no taxi. I called Blue Line and the dispatcher remembered my name and once I explained he patched me through to our driver. He was very pleasant and arrived to pick us up. I cannot thank Blueline enough for the courteous and friendly service there and back.

Pick up was even more amazing. We texted the number and we had our shuttle at the airport within 5-10 minutes. Our car was running and ready to go as we entered the lot. It felt like we had luxury valet service. Very nice people and well organized. Highly recommend! We will continue to use this service.
