Super great company, very competent and knowledgeable. Had them here at my house twice. Both times they check and recheck. Both times they were here they got it right on the money. No hidden fees or surprises. Very professional. I like the fact that they call before they are headed to my house. They arrive in uniform and company truck. Their service vans are like fully equipped shops, everything they need to complete the job. Never has been in my case, "well, I have to do this , do that, see you in a couple of days". I recently contacted All Seasons Comfort Systems to check my furnace. The representative was helpful and they were able to get a technician out to my home within a couple hours. The technician was knowledgeable and pleasant upon arrival and he quickly ascertained that the problem was a bad gas valve ( it subsequently was not the gas valve it was the pressure switch) in the furnace. He said he needed to call the office and get a price and availability of the valve. The technician can back in a few minutes and said a valve was available in Springfield and they had availability to install it the next day. The technician provided a flat rate price of $1,200 plus the $90 rate to ascertain the problem. When I asked if they would provide a breakdown of this cost he said no as the office does not provide a breakdown as this is a flat rate price. When I asked how long it would take to install the new part and ensure it was working properly the technician said 2 to 3 hours. When I asked what the cost of parts would be he said they do not provide part costs. In investigating the cost of the replacement parts and verifying this with another company technician the cost of the replacement parts was approximately $100. As a result of this I see why there is a lack of transparency with this company as they are extremely price gouging the consumer for there work. I subsequently called another local company and had the furnace fixed for $200. I have two new buildings being built where I was going to solicit this company for pricing however after this experience that will not happen. Consumers beware of this flat rate pricing as it is flat rate license to abuse the consumer. Everyone is entitled to make a profit but this is absorbent greed. read more

I called All Seasons for a tuneup of my furnace before winter sets in, and they sent someone out within 2 weeks. I was reluctant to have this done, since we were having no system issues, and we are planning to replace our HVAC system next year, and only need to get by for one more heating season. And every time I have my hvac system inspected (this being the 6th time over the past several years using this company), something always goes wrong within 2 weeks of their inspection.  This time, something went wrong during the inspection. The technician decided to disassemble the air flow regulator, and when I asked him why he was doing this, he said he likes to give them a good cleaning, since this part is no longer available for this model.  Sounded like he was asking for trouble, by removing, cleaning, and reinstalling a part that was not giving us any trouble. And sure enough, when he reinstalled it, got the furnace running, and said everything checks out fine, the troubles began.  30 minutes after he left, we had no heat.  The air flow regulator that he screwed back on fell off, and the furnace quit working. I called All Seasons and told them that we now have no heat, so they sent the same technician back out. He discovered that the part he worked on was just laying inside the cover, where it had fallen off. He said he would not charge me for this second visit, since he obviously had not screwed it back on properly. I watched as he screwed it back on, and I knew that something was definitely wrong when he just lightly screwed the part into place once again. And, as before, 30 minutes later, we had no heat. This time, I did not call them back. I took the cover plate off myself, and there laid the part. I examined it, and the threads were plastic, and over time, they had melted into place. And when this technician decided to remove this part to clean it, he broke these melted threads loose, so now there was no way that this part could be threaded back into place.  My question here is "why did this technician ignore that he broke these threads when removing this part" and just pretend that all was good?  Had he showed me what he had done, I could have fixed it for him with some high heat epoxy that I had available.  So, long story short, I was out $95.00 and 2 service visits, and was left with a furnace that I had to repair myself. It is working great now, but I will never let this company onto my property again. They just can't be trusted! read more

Eric was at my home last week and cleared the pipe of my AC and stated if I had further problems to call - a week later I had another problem and Logan was sent out. Both gentlemen were fabulous - the clog was greater than anticipated and Logan removed the pipe and cleared it all out. Highly recommend this company - professional - on time - and get the job done. Money well spent. the guys name is Yancy He went out if his way to check everything gave great advice very knowledgeable. Had a problem with my AC, Heat pump system. The technician quickly found the problem and while he was here went ahead and did a winterize check and installed an electronic digital thermostat. Came the day after I called, was prompt and took less than an hour. Would highly recommend. read more

Great service. AC went out on hot day, They troubleshoot over phone, took part to shop and they tested and sold me new one (18 bucks). I installed myself and avoided a service call. Very nice people. read more
