Best place for dry ice. The team here is incredible and went above and beyond. I think it was Dave and Ted who helped me. I initially called to ask questions and they were eager to answer everything. I needed dry ice to do cold capping to save my hair from chemotherapy treatments. For 6 months, every two weeks, they made sure the stock was available for me to pick up in the morning. They went above and beyond their job duties and their kindness gave me hope during such a difficult period. You were a part of my journey and I will always remember your goodness. Airgas is the worst, go anywhere else. And take it out of your mind, like delete it. So you too, don't have to waste your time driving/ calling a company who just doesn't seem to care about their customer base. Had the same experience in 3 + locations across the country. The worst of the worst. Oh and they'll overcharge you, and supply your other local shops at a price that they can beat airgas themself. Don't waste your time. read more

It's okay to have gas... if it's Airgas. This is a good company for dry ice and they're all over the country and very popular, and that's because they're one of the trusted names in this market. For that reason we generally go to them when we are looking for ice products, which in Houston seems to be all the time. We've used them on a number of occasions and we trust the brand. read more

Time needs to be changed. They close before 3 not sure what time they closed but I visited this place twice and it's closed by after 3 when the website says 4! read more

Not knowing much about dry ice, I called today with some questions. Anthony was remarkably helpful and friendly. He advised me on how to handle, transport, and options to use for a camping trip. In addition he provide safety precaustions to avoid trouble. The world would be a better place if more employees had a demeanor like his while providing customer service. read more

Without a word, he wandered in the back, then came out with apparently was the correct ice cream for the label my grandson had read. He gave him the sample, then proceeded to help the next customer. After a minute with him, he came back to us and finished our order. We were there for 25 minutes, with only one 2 cup order ahead of us. I usually give a tip, but he should have paid me for my time and patience.

The washer however shook like an earthquake and didn't spin correctly, leaving the clothes dripping wet! I immediately called Appliance warehouse and they sent a repairman out in a week, they stated it was the soonest someone can come out to check it out. Mind you, I just had a baby and is recovering from a c-section. Having two kids under 2, I need to do laundry and can't wait a week. I was so frustrated! Repairman finally came out and ran a few cycles and stated we have to run it only on "normal" cycle. Ok....I should be able to run it on whatever cycle suits my needs, that's why there are different options on the washer. Days after he came out, same thing the washer was loud and shook again (on normal setting). I called Appliance warehouse again and it's the same story, I had to wait for days for a repairman to come out. I asked if we can get a replacement, and the lady who is tan and has long nails stated "no" the repairman has to try and fix it at least "6" times...EXCUSE ME?? Finally, after one last attempt, repairman came out again, and they washer now does not shake anymore but I am only able to run it on "normal" cycle, not "heavy or light cycle". I found out that all of their washer and dryers are all torn apart and rebuilt with reburnished parts (junky parts). Long story short, go somewhere else! You're better spending an extra $100-200 for a brand new set at Costco. I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE! Oh yeah, and they tell you to leave as "good review" to get a free month of warranty.
