I was so happy I found Jenny's not only are they a clean, organized laundromat but they offer laundry services. (Amazing!!!) but nonetheless I washed my own laundry this time. The location is very clean inside, weekdays are empty not too many people the weekend was very busy I came on a Sunday. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They assisted me with some of the machines when they weren't taking my quarters properly. There are cash change machines inside, so if you need to break a $20, $10, or $5 there's also a quarter change machine as well. I enjoyed my time washing the ginormous pile of laundry very relaxing. You can purchase detergents, and snacks from the front area. There's free coffee & free WiFi. Different load sizes machines very affordable/reasonable pricing. On a recommendation I decided to use a wash and fold service. The first one I called said they were backed up and I wouldn't get my stuff back for a week. I called the next one on the list, Fiesta Wash, Dry and Fold, and spoke to the owner Dale. With their service not only would it be done in 2 hours or it's free, they have pickup and delivery options as well. They can weigh the clothes right there on the spot and accept payment. It's looking like I may be coming back to Houston more often. I will definitely use this laundry service and will be recommending it to my entire team.

You can't use change, which severely limits most. If you do happen to trust this random company to not charge you $50 for a simple thing of laundry, then you will find another problem. The chip scanner and the QR code on the washing and drying machines do not work, so you are tasked with the drawn out process of finding a way to download their app. Once you spend those 10 mins downloading this app, it requires you to jump through many hurdles just to connect to your specific location (you have to run around the laundromat searching for their specific code - it serves ABSOLUTELY no purpose as if the app builders had any sense they would have just used a "add current location" feature since this allows you to automatically insert your current location like most apps do. 2. Now you must search around the app for a way to input your card information.. once you do - you'll end up going through the service selection (do you want a large load? cold? hot? and so on). But guess what? Now it says "must use preloaded balance" Preloaded balance? I guess they want me to charge it to some weird in app card like some restaurant apps let you do in order to use the balance later. Nope, can't find any such feature. 3. To make things even worse, the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes at me and made me feel as if I was an annoyance just because the laundromat was so difficult. I'm unusually competent with technology as I grew up using a PC as a toddler, yet all these issues left me baffled. It's one thing to have a shitty business, it's another thing to mistreat your customers. I give it a year or so before they go bankrupt considering it is a pretty new business. I don't know how this business is still around, there were too many things wrong with this business that I just gave up and left.
