The yoing man who picked us up was texting us from 1 hour our of appointment all the way till he picked us up. It was like having family. The Mercedes Sprinter was clean and roomy. And it looked so Limo-ish. Then we had 2 Sprinters take us to the dock. They were on time. The 2nd van needed a few more minutes but the driver was hilariously fun for my kids. We had 16 of us! After the cruise we were contacted 1 hour from pickup all the way through to "I see you!" They were like family again. Loved this service and will use them as they are family owned and operated! Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. After she got her bag, she texted him and then called him twice and left a message - with the same phone number I used to book the ride, 206.883.0666. No answer or reply to her message. And no record of a call or message from him on her phone. She spent the night at the airport. I called him the next day to inquire, and he said he'd waited an hour at the airport and tried to call her multiple times but that his calls went to voicemail. He said he didn't leave her a message. She has no record of a call from that number or any other number at that time. I'm assuming he still had my cell number on his caller ID from earlier in the evening but he didn't call me. Also, the website gives two different Redmond, WA addresses as a business location. Neither is a legitimate Redmond address.
