This place is a joke! Dropped two of my Suits off for dry cleaning and paid extra for next day pick up. Clothes were ready on time for pick up. When I got to my event in Orlando, I went to put my blue suit on and the jacket smelled like urine, asked my wife to smell, she agreed. Went to put my black suit on, reeked of urine on the inside of my jacket. I was in a bind so I ended up buying a new suit on the fly. When I called the dry cleaner the next day to ask why my clothes smelled this way, I was informed by the person who answered the phone that it's the dry cleaners chemicals that make the clothes smell this way. (Not a joke..) She then proceeded to explain to me that this is normal with their company, she herself has smelled the chemicals and they often make fabric smell like urine. She informed me that she recommends SMELLING all clothing before leaving so that they may send it back. When I reminded her that I paid extra for next day service, it would've been pointless for me to send it back. She apologized and said my refund would have to be approved by the owners. Left 2 pants and 1 shirt to be cleaned and one of the pants to be hemmed. Picked up one shirt and hemmed pants, girl said that was all I had and that was all she took in, I did leave another shirt and 1 pants to clean. The pants were same as week before and shirt was a match to the first one. When I picked up the last shirt and pants, I wa charged $11.74 but first ticket was $31.15. When i produced the copies of my tickets and bank account she started remembering I did have two pants first visit but the price difference was because the first shirt required dry cleaning but the second shirt was the same shirt just different color. She said she might be able to find my lost pants but could nor explain the price mistake---these are my comments for the one star , wish I could have commented without even a one star. Bob S----will not do business with them again and advised our employees to find another cleaners. I will check to see if they find my pants that had only been worn one time since new. read more

Counter service is okay. Staff is friendly enough to interact with for drop off and pick up. No big personalities behind the counter, but that's okay. I asked that my dress shirt cuffs not have wrinkles pressed into the cuff three separate times. Shirts repeatedly came back with wrinkles pressed into the cuffs. Wherever they send the shirts to needs a training session on how to press properly. I had to finally take my dry cleaning info elsewhere. read more

WORST customer service ever! They damaged my comforter and I have been trying to get a supervisor or owner to respond. All I get is "I'm sorry, there is no supervisor working, we don't know how to get in touch with them or they just hang up on you. When you CAN get someone to take your number for a call back....no one ever does. This has been going on since Dec. 23rd. STILL no contact by a supervisor or owner. These employees and supervisors are at total joke. DON'T Let them ruin your items...go somewhere else. If you do want to still use them, look up the next time you are in their plant on US 1... the place is FILTHY. Good luck getting CLEAN clothes back. read more

I have been using Airoso Dry Cleaners for over 15 years. I use their valet service. I have never had a problem with them delivering my dress shirts on the day they're suppose to be delivered. My shirts come back always clean, lightly starched, and without any creases in them. My only complaint about them is that they don't allow you to go online and check the balance on your account and pay electronically. They need to get into the 21st century. read more

I brought a sports jacket into Airoso Cleaners to have sleeve shortened. I was quoted a price of $25-30.00 for the alteration. I picked up the jacket one week later, I retrieved my jacket, and paid the ransom charge of $40.08!!! The work was well done, but nobody at the store could explain the overcharge of 25-37%, depending on which quote I was given. NOT HAPPY! I will think hard before using their service again. read more

This review is for the location in Tesoro Shopping Center off of Becker Rd. We have been going there for years w/out issue until recently, and know have to find new cleaners due to unprofessional cleaning. We always take our King size comforter to them w/ instructions that there were spots on it (the cloth side) one side satin the other cloth. Obvious spots cannot miss them, but they did. I called and they said "no problem" bring back in for a re-do, great I thought. So after the second attempt we expected it be perfect...NOT. It came back with the same spots and still had cat hair on it. I don't feel they even attempted to clean this for a second time! After spending the money to clean it, I was left to clean it myself. I did and it came clean w/ careful dry cleaning spot remover bought at the grocery. Two attempts and still not clean makes me think they just aren't cleaning, consumer beware. read more

The most horrible service I ever got anywhere. I gave them chance after chance and got nothing but incorrect side creasing, attitude, and sarcasm. When they refused to get the creases out of my jeans they also refused to give me a refund. The quote from the manager bitch at the plant in fort piece was "you want a refund ha ha, good luck with that." And this was after sending improperly creased jeans back 3 times with specific instructions getting purposely ignored. Tell me..Do you wear jeans with creases in them like slacks?? Like on purpose?? Even after they finally could verbalize that they understood my request they refused to do them the way I wanted because "They run jeans through the machine one way and one way only." These are the most lazy, ignorant asses I've had the misfortune of doing business with since I can remember. Go to the cleaners across the street in the old Albertson's shopping center where the Walmart neighborhood market is. They are awesome! read more

I do not ever write reviews of businesses but I felt that my level of dissatisfaction warranted a comment this time. I brought in an expensive suit to be cleaned. One would think that a business that engages solely in cleaning garments which require special attention would know how to handle a designer suit - but that is not the case with this business. The suit jacket is actually burnt - it is crispy and no longer soft as it used to be. When I brought it back, the woman working said it would be inspected and the entire issue should be resolved within 3-4 weeks. Well I picked it up after it was sent out only to find that they further burnt the material by again pressing it with too high of heat to "try to fix it." I no longer live in the area and did not want to deal with the incompetent customer service so I asked for my money back. Of course that was not possible since the woman working has no authority to do anything. So my advice is: DO NOT GO TO THIS DRY CLEANERS - STAY AWAY!! My $300 suit is ruined and there is absolutely no recourse because the people working at this awful establishment will not concede to any error on their behalf. read more
