I specifically brought back two pairs of suit pants because the streaks were the most noticeable and I didn't want to make a fuss. I explained the marks weren't there when I dropped them off, they said ok and sent them out again. Picked them up the second time and the marks were still there. I asked to leave a note for the owner requesting that he call me. I gave him 2.5 weeks and never received a phone call. I picked up the suits again and still white streaks all over them. I don't understand how a dry cleaner can make your clothes worse than when you dropped them off and what kind of an owner doesn't care at all about customer service or quality. Never going here again. Oh and the third time when I asked to leave a note for the owner the woman at the counter was very rude to me, argued with me that this was not bad business and my clothes were not ruined.

When I got to my event in Orlando, I went to put my blue suit on and the jacket smelled like urine, asked my wife to smell, she agreed. Went to put my black suit on, reeked of urine on the inside of my jacket. I was in a bind so I ended up buying a new suit on the fly. When I called the dry cleaner the next day to ask why my clothes smelled this way, I was informed by the person who answered the phone that it's the dry cleaners chemicals that make the clothes smell this way. (Not a joke..) She then proceeded to explain to me that this is normal with their company, she herself has smelled the chemicals and they often make fabric smell like urine. She informed me that she recommends SMELLING all clothing before leaving so that they may send it back. When I reminded her that I paid extra for next day service, it would've been pointless for me to send it back. She apologized and said my refund would have to be approved by the owners. I had them ruin a California king comforter- shredded! How it got bagged and not brought to my attention really disappointed me. I did not ask them to replace it as it was about 4-5 years old- but it was one of my favorites that I had taken great care of. I just didn't want to fuss over price. Etc. My husband wears suits multiple times a week, and we've been using dry cleaners for decades. We know what properly cleaned clothing should look and smell like, and we have never experienced anything like this before. When I pointed out the strong fragrance, she claimed she couldn't smell anything. When I showed her the blue stains, she said she didn't know what they were and offered no explanation or solution.
