They are upgrading their doors and locks. They have a real office that looks comfortable for the staff. Even though it's an older self-storage in town, my impression is that these people care about their business, their customers and their staff.

The location is well-secured, and I was glad to see they use a 7 digit passcode, not a 4 digit one, which is much less secure. The units were sturdy and clean. Their billing was very clear and transparent, and they offered an easy auto-pay option. Their location is right off highway 599 (you can see it from the highway), which is very convenient. The manager, Jimmie, is incredibly helpful and friendly. He responded promptly to email inquiries, and we met him in person when we were cleaning out our unit. We brought us ice-cold water on a hot day, and also offered to help us move some of the larger items. I cannot recommend them highly enough, it's a very friendly, well-run local business.

warning! i wish i could give this storage a zero star! first of all this lady claims to be a…read morechristian then she ends up giving me a stor age that leaks from the roof! i barely notice the leak after the fact when it pours down rain so i bring it to her attention and the problem never got fixed after she said she would have her guy fix it! this lady is shady and she sends guys to keep an eye out on me like im some kind of common criminal! the neighbors that live next door to the storage place also keep an eye on me plus some asshole was shooting either a pistol or fireworks in that area and terrifyied my female pitbull that i rescused from the animal shelter that has ptsd! ok so im not done writing yet! so after all that drama happened then i went to pay her in person because she said she wasnt taking payments online anymore so i when i got there she tells me that i did not make my last months payement well i had the proof from the bank and showed it to her so then for this month of july i decided to drop off a check because she cant be trusted after she said i had missed one months payment well anyways i noticed the payement hadnt gone through yet and its allready the 8th of july and so i called her a while ago and she says which box did you drop it off in and i tell her the right one because thats the one she pointed to in the first place, then she says oh no thats the wrong box thrn she says if they got it they wont give it back to us then she says you might want to call the bank to cancel it which i did but it wasnt showing on there end, then she laughs like she found all this amusin! this whole thing is very disturbing!
