I feel that Robert and Margaret are the very best at what they do. Perhaps they charge a bit more for their services than other businesses, but this is a case of you get what you pay for. When we first moved here to Santa Fe in 1998, I experimented with a handful of different dry cleaners in town and was not at all satisfied with their knowledge and quality of workmanship. Some actually ruined some very expensive designer clothing that I took to them. When I discovered Aspen Cleaners, I became a huge fan of the care and expertise that they showed to me and my clothing. If I could give them the highest rating possible, it would not be enough because they've "far exceeded my expectations " and I've trusted them with my finest garments and have never been disappointed with the outcomes. They keep sending my dad emails and texts every few weeks saying he's got laundry that needs to be picked up or it will become theirs as they've help it for over 200 days. They say they don't actually have anything on hold for my parents and that it's a glitch in their system, but they can't figure out how to fix it. My rents just have to deal with endless texts and emails about wayward clothes for the rest of their lives I guess.

Besides the rude customer service, outrageous, laughable prices, the place was very dirty. If you're going to charge outrageous prices at the very least clean up your facility and hire staff that knows a thing or two on how to provide decent customer service.
