Our experience was fantastic. We, my wife and I and our four children, used this service to and from the JAX airport. In both instances, the driver arrived 15-minutes early and greeted us with a smile. They offered to load and/or assist us in loading our luggage into the newer and very clean Kia Sedona mini-van. After we loaded up, we headed to our destination of which was approx. an hour and fifteen minutes away. The drivers had no questions or problems in navigating my family and I to our final stop. They both made sure that we were all comfortable both in seating and with the inside temp. While I didn't ask, my Uncle and fellow Yelper Bill M. took care of the actual reservation side of things and made no mention of issues or complaints with the process and/or price. It's worthy to note that our drivers were Woody at pick-up from the airport and Mike at drop-off to the airport both of whom were friendly and easy to carry on a conversation with. I received both an e-mail and text message confirmation the day prior to pick-up/drop-off that provided our driver's name and cell phone number along with confirmation of location and time of pick-up. I would definitely use this service again. read more

DO NOT USE THEM.....They take the payment when you book the reservation rather than once they've completed the transport. They do not track flights and don't show up on time. Then whey you try to find out where the driver is they never call you back. If you try to call they shut down the phones to messages only and NEVER get back to you. THIS IS THE WORST..... read more

We had a car reserved for 5pm to Jacksonville airport. It never arrived. Worse we were not contacted that the car was not arriving. After half an hour we reached the service and they had no explanation just a statement that a car might be there by six Not reliable. Do not use. Ps. On way down Robert of this service was half an hour late. No call. read more

I had a great experience with this shuttle. My driver was great and on time both to pick me up from the airport and drop me off. I received an email prior to arrival with phone numbers for the office and my driver. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and offered advice on things to do. My wife and I have been using this shuttle service for over a year now as we fly back and forth between Boston and Jacksonville. The service is top notch and has always been on time. Most recently after hurricane Mathew, I was not sure if Airport Shuttle of St A was still operating and I was happy to learn they were. Unfortunately, my review is almost the exact opposite of the previous review. This shuttle service sent several confusing emails and even called when we were leaving to drive to the San Francisco airport wondering where we were at the Jacksonville airport! Calls to straighten out these issues were to no avail even when speaking to the owner. Driver arrived at St. Augustine hotel 30 minutes earlier than requested then managed to talk non-stop all the way to the Jacksonville airport. I would never use this service again. read more

Great Service, Reliable, Friendly and Professional. A friend of ours recommended this Company. He and his wife has used them several times. We were picked up at our home and driven to Jacksonville International Airport. Jeff was our driver to the airport and Rolando picked us up for the drive home. Both were excellent. Our return flight was delayed so we were afraid that our driver may have left, leaving us the option of spending the night near JAX or finding another way back to St. Augustine. Despite the problems with US Airways, including a very slow processing of the luggage from the airplane to the baggage pick up area, Rolando was where he was suppose to be. The office staff is very professional and the vehicles are new and comfortable. We will use them again and highly recommend them as an option to getting to JAX or even MCO in Orlando. read more
