Awful...just awful. Parked and requested full detail. ($100) What I got was a very poor wash and a thick coating of Armor All on the interior. After complaining and waiting 15 minutes for the manager, the charges were reduced to a wash and vacuum. ($25) Even that was too much to pay for such inferior work. Never, I mean NEVER park your vehicle here. My experience with this facility was very disappointing. I trusted them with parking and washing my car and I was gravely dissatisfied. When I picked up my car at 12:30am on Nov. 10th, it was too dark to notice that there were 2 large scratches on the sides of my front bumper. I called them at noon that same day when the scratches were visible and they accepted no responsibility. That's fine, but I just want to save you any chance of this happening to you. DO NOT USE THEIR FACILITY if you like/ love how your car looks right now! read more

I have used them to leave my vehicle under their covered areas. I have never had asked for a wash/detail service on a vehicle, only a place to leave my car protected against the weather. I have left on an early flight as well as returned on a very late flight. They have always been available and were there to shuttle me back to the lot very quickly. I have used them many times and have never been disappointed. Sometimes if I come back early they have not washed and cleaned the car. I understand that because I came back early. I have never been overcharged and I've always felt the service was excellent. The cleaning is okay it is not extreme and deep but it's adequate. Overall the washing and the cleaning are far better than what you would get at a drive-through wash center. But I don't think it's really the same thing as a good Professional detailing. Horrible service!! Bad attitude toward customers!! Employees tried to pick a fight with my wife and the language that was used. 2 identical SUVs dropped off the same day. Tried to charged twice as much one over the other; exact same services performed on both. After all is said and done didn't want to give my key FOB back.
