I think y'all doing too much in these reviews, it's a normal smoke shop where the employees are…read morethere for a lowkey, low stress work environment... maybe they listen to music or don't have the answer to your questions but this isn't a boutique? it's a regular store... you'll be hard pressed to find people making (starting at) $12/hr in a service position ANYWHERE that are kissing your ass. they're respectful, kind enough and ring me up normally. i'm someone who always asks/memorized prices so I've never been overcharged so nothing to say about that. try to have conversations with folks and be nice yourself, it goes pretty far. it's usually a single person in there working.. no wonder they listen to music... y'all can be so entitled it's laughable. it's no frills sure but it's literally a normal place. I was shocked to see such low reviews, it's not that serious. but anyway on to my review... a cool shop in a super convenient location across from marta. my biggest compliment is how observant the staff are. i've come in at all times of day/night and i have only had to ring the bell (the door is locked between entries) once. especially when there are groups of people in the parking lot, i've always felt like they were looking out to make sure nothing weird is happening. going to a smoke shop can be miserable as a woman but i never have any weird feelings from the staff and i've met at least seven people (and gone to two locations). I like them! I'm glad they're so close and hope these reviews don't discourage folks from going.

Both of them stopped working after using 1/4 of the juice. I brought them back to tell them the vapes don't work. She said "I don't know anything about how they work". I said "why would I come back here". She said "that's fine". You can find the same bad service at any gas station. I'm not trying to get anything for free but who needs to be treated like that. It wouldn't have taken much to smooth things over with one of your customers that work a block away.
