My husband had just recently passed I had been sleeping in a hospital chair for a week and someone threw my back out. My pain level sitting and getting up and down from a chair , laying in bed with the back spams was a 12 out of 10. I wasn't able to just lay around. I had so much to do. I tried muscle relaxers and anti inflammatories and a chiropractic that used the air gun thing and had a little relief I was at a 7/10 but quickly relapse and went back to original pain. I cannot say enough about Dr. Rutledge and his staff! I am simply amazed at my recovery and how far I came in such a short period of time. I literally was in so much pain with my back and had seen so many doctors, chiropractors, massage therapists, etc. that I was at the point I thought I would never get better. I was sleeping on the floor and with so many pillows to prop my legs up as I slept and was in tears every day. Dr. Woytek genuinely wants you to be better! He cares! Airrosti works for me! I could write volumes of personal testimonials, but how about hard facts: Three of the leading sports medicine surgeons recommended surgery for my left foot pain. One useless (and damaging) surgery later and in even worse pain. Expensive shoe inserts that I would need the rest of my life were recommended by a leading Podiatrist/surgeon. After refusing a 2nd, more complicated surgery, my original surgeon was dumping me to a pain management specialist. I refused it. Hello my name is Aaron Ballesteros would like to tell you about my experience at First Choice ER in San Antonio, I injured my lower back and was unable to move much, just a short distance without my back going into a spasm. I don't like to trips to the doctor due the wait and the quick in and out after extremely long wait. I was getting off the car when I see the nurse with a wheelchair for me, thank you. I filled out paper work and into see the doctor. I would highly recommend this place if you are having any type of physical pain. Dr Woytec is great! I went in for Achilles pain that I have had for over a year, I had difficultly walking when sitting for a period of time and every morning when getting out of bed, I was limping; after 3 sessions of therapy with Dr Woytec and home excercises he prescribed I can truly say that I am at 99% healed, I now have slight discomfort but no longer limping, I'm still doing my own home therapy he taught me but no longer taking medication that did not help anyways but avoided injections my MD was recommending as next step of treatment. Dr. Rutledge is amazing at diagnosing and treating our "old people" aches and pains! My husband went to see him after a worrisome hip/knee pain last year. He was able to circumvent further injury and possible surgical procedures with in-office treatment and some helpful take-home exercises! After injuring my low back, a friend recommended I pay a visit to Dr. Rutledge. At the time of my initial visit, I could barely walk and was experiencing intense pain that shot all the way down my right leg. After 2 visits, I am walking with minimal discomfort and the home exercises have definitely helped strengthen and fortify the affected area.
