I've been going to Airrosti for about 2 months now and have only good things to say. I injured my neck several months ago and was referred to Airrosti and didn't really know what it was; I was thinking more traditional PT that I'd been to before for other injuries but its that and much more. I've been treated by Danny for PT and Dr Renfro about 6-7 visits now. They are both friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable about what they do and human anatomy. Every session starts with Dr Renfro going through some questions and basic movements to see how things are progressing before he treats my neck and right shoulder (think deep tissue massage type work). After that, I meet with Danny for 15 minutes to discuss progress on my PT homework and also going through new movements for my next homework assignment. They've both been fantastic and I also like how they email you the list of exercises after every visit so you have it in email (there's also an app too). It makes it easy to open the email, watch the video demonstrations, and even has a checklist to keep you on task. Overall, nothing but good things to say and I'd recommend it. read more

Nice clean facility, I was there to get my stitches removed as well as for a check up. Dr Wilson and his assistant Christian got me in & out. Very professional guys, very clean and sanitized rooms. I ended up showing up late because of a miscommunication on where he would be but as soon as I showed up the lady was able to direct me and get me as soon as possible. I just finished my therapy for an elbow issue that had been bothering me for about a year and pain is gone after 5 treatments and home exercises they provided me . I also had tendinitis in both forearms a few years ago that Dr Sinclair was able to resolve. She has the strongest thumbs ever and does an incredible job. I went to Airrosti after having chronic pain in my lower back for several months. As someone who has already had lower back surgery, I was very apprehensive about trying something new. I typically only go to my chiropractor. The folks at Airrosti got me in quickly and started a treatment program that consisted primarily of myofascial release, consultation, and targeted stretches/exercises. Dr. Sinclair was wonderful and checked in on me often. I'm happy to say that after just four visits I'm largely pain free and I have all the tools I need to stay that way. I had a muscle spasm in my neck during during a fitness warmup and I didn't feel good. My instructor recommended Airrosti and for me to see Dr. Renfro. After visiting my regular doctor, he suggested physical therapy. I took the chance and made an appointment online to see Dr. Renfro. I got a response back from the office within 24 hours and made an appointment within 2 days. My instructor told me my first visit will be painful but after that I will be feeling much better. I explained everything that was going on with me to Dr. Renfro, he was very patient with my rambling of how I hurt and when it started and all the possible things that could have caused it. He was very detailed with explaining what he does and what the treatment will be like. He said 3 treatments and I should be feeling much better. Wow, he started to use that thumb and got deep in the area that affected the neck. After seeing Dr. Renfro, he sent me next door to see Danny. He is the part of the treatment, he gave me exercises to rehab the injury. Both of them are very experienced and knowledgable. By my second visit, the pain was hardly there. I had a major neck/shoulder pain for about 6 months, and tried a chiropractic approach, but improvement was minimal and the pain continued. I knew it wasn't a joint thing as much as it was a muscle/fascia issue. My primary care doctor referred me to Airrosti, and I thought oh here we go just another massage place...never heard of Airrosti! To my surprise, Dr. Renfro did some very good deep massage, and I like the deep massages even though it may hurt a little, I know short term pain will lead to long term gain, so I appreciate Dr. Renfor's massage. To compliment Dr. Renfor's deep massage, I saw Danny, who is more of a PT, and he gave me some great exercises to do at home. Some of them seemed just a little weird at first, but boy do they work great! Danny also emailed me the exercises with a short video for each exercise so I don't forget how to do them...just in case! Oh, and Dr. Renfro and Danny are in the same office and work in conjunction with each other, their rooms are next to each other. Well the 6 months of being a pain in the neck, was gone in 3 sessions with Dr. Renfro and Danny plus doing home therapy, which I'm still doing only because it feels good when I'm done, and is a good finisher after working out with weights. Initially the cost is up there, but Airrosti and Dr. Renfro's goal is to get you out of your pain ASAP, and usually it'll take about 3 - 4 sessions and you're done. Not like a Chiropractor, where you go for months on end to get adjusted...this is some major deep massage, and the best part is, you don't feel bruised afterwards...you just feel good! These are the only doctor's that fix you. I usually go in with a muscular pain in my neck that places me in a debilitating state. I usually leave 50% better every time on the first visit and I'm always debating if I actually need to come back for the 2nd visit. Ive only been twice in two years and I'm thankful they are available to help me. Regular manages just made things worse. I use Dr. Refro and Dr.Sinclair, but I would trust any doctor there. Danny is the therapist there and he's solid! He teaches you exercises that help you maintain from being injured as easily again. Great conversationalist while working also. I was experiencing pain associated with numbness on my right hand. After 3 treatments with Dr. Renfro and following up with the assigned physical therapy my pain is gone. I was very skeptical of this method of treatment, but it was recommended by both my doctor and a close associate. I can verify with personal experience this treatment works. I'm able to sleep without waking up with severe pain in my right hand. Very happy I got the treatment. Highly recommend it if you're considering this as an option. The doctor (Dr. Buob) was great. The therapist was great. The billing department is awful. They refused to bill my insurance. They refused to call my insurance. I submitted the claim on their behalf AND the doctor was 'in network', Airrosti declined to honor the Insurance EOB anyway. Then, they refused to respond to my messages through their portal / email asking about the insurance. Would never recommend unless you can pay 100% of the bill. ... You think you're covered but not. I have been seeing Dr Renfro for low back pain. In 3 visits he was able to help me get my pain from about a 7 to 1. For the first time in many years I am now able to touch my toes without pain down my leg. I felt relief from the first session and each additional visit just built off the first one. Wow! I've been struggling for months with tendinitis in my arm. I was medicating almost daily without seeing improvement. I resorted to braces to help it rest. So thankful for these guys! I randomly started experiencing debilitating back pain one morning, they were able to get me in that same afternoon. Dr Renfro figured out that I had a dislocated rib, explained what causes it, put it back in place, and sent me over to Danny for some stretches and exercises to do on my own to help it heal completely. This place really is magic. I as an athlete who often gets something injured- I was always looking for some sort of body work to fix the problem. Luckily one of my runner friends sent me to Airrosti a few years back ( they have locations throughout Austin.) Airrosti fixes your sports related (or other) injuries, most of the time in 3 sessions or less. They give you PT exercises to do on your own to continue the healing at home. Every time I have visited, I have had my problem ( a hip injury, plantar and a shoulder injury) completely cleared up. If you play any kind of sports, or any physical activities in general, keep Airrosti in mind b/c you're gonna need it at some point. I found out about Airrosti and Dr. Renfro from a friend with several sports injuries and believe me, it has changed my life. I'm in my mid 20's and I've been an active person my entire life. Even after all these years of playing contact sports, I've never had any serious injuries. However, I do suffer from some extreme inflexibility throughout my entire body... for 10 years now. Take my shoulders for example. If I stretch my arms straight out to my sides with my palms facing down, I can't life my arms over horizontal. I also can't raise my arm straight up in the air, which prevents me from swimming freestyle. I tried doing some of those flexibility tests and I can't even get into the starting position. That's how tight my muscles were and I was so sick of using "modified moves" in the gym. I've consulted with some physical therapists before but all of them have a long treatment plan that simply involves "stretching more". Obviously none of them fixed my problem. But here comes Airrosti and the magical thumbs of Dr. Renfro. Even just after the 1st session, the gain in range of motion was significant! From there, the subsequent sessions results in more gains. I went for 3 sessions of shoulders and 2 sessions of lower back/hip in a span of 3 weeks and it has completely changed my mobility. The gain is VISIBLE in sports like tennis, ping pong, and even volleyball where a small gain in range of motion translate to huge gain in power. I even managed to do an overhead squat for the first time in my life! Needless to say, I'm extremely satisfied with my treatments and I highly recommend Airrosti for anyone with any kind of sports injuries or muscle injuries in general. Come here before opting for more costly options like surgery. Their customer service is very responsive and they accept most of the major insurances. Lastly, Airrosti is not just the treatment of the soft tissues. It's the whole package of treatment, rehab, and conditioning. P.S. The treatment itself will hurt btw. Had my first appointment with Dr. Renfro recently and I'm so glad I finally went in. I have been putting off making an appointment with Airrosti for a few months ( silly me), and in only one session my cranky right knee feels a million times better. The pain I have been experiencing has been hindering my progress in the gym. I was having to modify a lot of exercises to avoid pain. As I mentioned earlier, after only one session with Dr. Renfro my pain was almost completely gone. Working with Patty was also great! She did a good job of educating me about the importance of doing my self myofascial release, ice, and stretching to maintain the results achieved. I hurt my back in the gym, and for 6 weeks could barely get out of bed. I had a friend refer me to Airrosti, Dr. Renfro in particular. When I found out my insurance didn't cover it, I cancelled my appointment because this is a hard time and I didn't feel like I should spend that much on a doctor's appointment. But I had this feeling that I should just do it anyways. Your back is so important, and I figured I'd keep spending money on different doctors. So I went and did it, I did four sessions in a span of three weeks, and Y'ALL. My back pain is almost completely gone... in FOUR sessions. It was 100% worth the money I spent. You just have to make sure you're drinking enough water, that you're icing it and doing the exercises they give you. I couldn't bend down to tie my shoes one week ago, and yesterday I went on a 2 mile run. It's effective, it's fast, and it gave me so much relief. Your back is worth investing in. If you aren't sure about it because of the price, just do it. Money will come and go, but you get one back for your entire life. Take care of it. I first went to see Dr. Sinclair in May 2018 because I was seeking a chiropractor who could help me with persistent lower back pain, and I needed someone who was a provider on my health insurance, which unfortunately, has few. I read some reviews about Dr. Sinclair's work online, so was enthusiastic to find someone who could get me out of the wheelchair I'd spent the majority of a year in because my lower back couldn't support my upper torso for more than 15-20 minutes. Make no mistake, Dr. Sinclair is not your typical chiropractor. There are no drop tables and no traditional chiropractic manipulations performed at Airrosti! Dr. Sinclair focuses on the myofascial tissues that keep our muscles in place and working in unison. The therapy is extremely short-term: 3-5 visits is the norm. If you do an internet search for Gray's Anatomy myofascia images, you'll see pictures that show our red muscles and the white parts of those drawings are the myofascia. Without providing an entire, tedious medical history, when Dr. Sinclair met me I was dealing not only with lower back pain from vertebral and disc deterioration, but also a constant frontward and downward tilt on my pelvis from several reproductive surgeries, and extensive myofascial damage to my right leg from an ACL and meniscal tear in 1980 that wasn't fully addressed until 2009. Anyone who's had such knee damage without immediate repair knows the repeated injuries my knee and leg suffered in the interim 35 years, and the pressure that put on my lower back. After my first meeting with Dr. Sinclair I had significantly less pain, a more upright posture, and was able to walk further without discomfort! During each visit Dr. Sinclair worked on a different area of the myofascia in my lower back, and on the final, fifth visit, she addressed the myofascia in my legs and abdomen. The results have been truly incredible! It's now 2 months after discharge from Airrosti, and I've continued to gain strength, endurance and mobility as promised by Dr. Sinclair. I continue to do the exercises prescribed by BSW's PT team, and the safe ones Justin prescribed several times a week and am definitely reaping the benefits! I can plan longer outings with shorter rest periods before and after, I can stand to cook and clean for a couple of hours now, I can sit upright in an armless office chair for up to 4 hours without problems. None of this was possible before Airrosti! I can't help but think of all the money I'd have saved over the almost 30 years of getting regular chiropractic visits if treatment like what Dr. Sinclair provides had been available sooner! Airrosti pairs their Airrosti Therapy Providers with traditional Physical Therapists located in their offices. My Physical Therapist was Justin. I wish I had glowing words I could share on that experience as well, but we had persistent communication issues that required I enlist Dr. Sinclair's persuasion to address. I'm still unsure how saying, "My orthopedic surgeon has disallowed I do anything that resembles squats." can be misinterpreted, but it was, repeatedly, for 3 visits. When you consider 3-5 visits is the norm at Airrosti, it's easy to see how this is troublesome. The fact that my kneecap slipped off track, as my orthopedic surgeon warned me it might, and as I advised Justin it might, creates additional concern. Fortunately, I have a different chiropractor who knows how to replace it. I lost my patience with Justin on the 3rd or 4th visit and challenged what I perceived to be his giving a standard exercise routine to anyone who showed up with a specific problem, while ignoring other physical restrictions that might be harmed by his default exercise regimen. He agreed that he does have default exercise programs that he prescribes, and that he'd have to work on listening to his patients better. I certainly hope he has for the sake of other middle-aged patients who enter his door with a variety of physical restrictions for having lived a once active, if sometimes ill-advised youth. If for no other reason than I'd hate for them to not avail themselves of Dr. Sinclair's skills. One final accolade for Dr. Sinclair: I truly appreciate her willingness to suggest I research Stem Cell Therapy. It's not often I find a doctor these days who will say, "This is your next step if you want to continue getting well." I'm currently doing that protocol in hopes of regrowing damaged discs and menisci, and repairing arthritic bones, and hopefully avoiding the metal implants that would have been necessary in the future, otherwise. read more

Dr. Sinclair was amazing. She listened to my issues, and addressed them. Reminded me the body is many pieces of a puzzle, so if something isn't right, another part may be affected. Airrosti does it again! Praise Jesus! First time, a year ago, was for my back, now it was for my calves. I recently turned 40 and I have been working out super hard. Dr Renfro! Well I don't know where to start except for saying he is the most amazing guy! I started working out about a year ago really hard and I've hurt myself a few times and before I knew about Airrosti I spent A lot of money fixing things with Dr visits they were of no help at all! massage therapist that made it feel better for a minute but it always came back I foam rolled I even went to cryotherapy spent hundreds of dollars doing it and then found out about Airrosti!! I now know how to foam roll correctly and I will never surfer again when I over do it I will be going to visit Dr Renfro! I am forever grateful!!! read more
