I ordered a part advertised for my air gun and the parts don't fit now I never opened the bag being that it's a see thru bag It took me 3 days to get in touch with customer service aftr I emailed them saying their customer service sucks.. supposedly the managment email me back saying they don't take returns on those products well it doesn't say on ther site that they don't but it's ok I'll never order anything from them and I'll post this review as saying airsoft Atlanta sucks, their advertising sucks, their customer service sucks and management sucks.. they are a complete rip off!! read more

My 11 yo son recently got into Airsoft, and after mistakenly taking him to Dicks and Academy and making a $100 purchase, we discovered Airsoft Atlanta. I needed a replacement magazine for my sons gun and when I walked in, I was immediately shocked at the selection of guns and accessories. Tom was incredibly helpful not only with my sons gun (purchased at Academy) but also with Airsoft in general. We've since bought two more guns here, including one for myself and a pistol for my son. When his pistol malfunctioned a week after purchased, it was replaced immediately. Their customer service is awesome. I'm sure they get bored or aggravated with questions from newbie old guys like me, but they do a good job of answering my questions and helping out a dad who's trying to have some fun with his kid. We've since been to other stores in the area and they've all fallen WAY short of Airsoft Atlanta in selection, price, service, cleanliness, and every other category I can think of. read more

I haven't made any new toy purchases for a few years, decided to contact them since they are one of the 2 vendors that I can remember the names of. I called, asked one question he rudely just said : "No idea". And when I asked if he could direct to the right direction so I can find what I'm looking for, he abruptly hung up on me. This is one of the rudest nonsense I had to deal with in customer service. Totally unacceptable. PS: It was the store front supervisor that I spoke to whose name is Tom apparently. I'm not sure what the reviews on google are complaining about on their reviews. But each staff was helpful and didn't hesitate to ask if we needed help even though the first time we came in was just to browse. Not a bad place to grab some airsoft guns and accessories, just wish they could special order stuff for you. They even stock real tactical stuff such as Black Hawk holsters. We stopped by here on our way back home to TN since my boyfriend plays airsoft and wanted to see what they had. When we walked in it was not as big as we thought it would be, however they have alot of different stuff. From guns, ammunition, protection gear, clothing, supplies, etc. My boyfriend was pleased with what he saw and the staff was very helpful. They showed him a few different guns and he was able to hold them and get a feel for them. After a few, he found one he liked, a P90 PDW. He got that as well as as a red dot sight. They had reasonable prices and they even gave him an Airsoft Atlanta patch with his purchases. He was pleased overall and I'm sure we will be back next time we go through Atlanta. read more

Can't say enough good things about these folks. Prices are very competitive, advice is great. I've bought a sniper style spring rifle (very accurate), an M16A1 to which I added the battery fed double mag cause I hate winding and can now rip off hundreds of shots semi or full auto, and most recently a Trademark model of the HK USP Compact (green Gas) with an extra mag. There was a problem with the feed due to a weak spring (not their fault) and within the week returned it to see what the problem was. Since it was such a recent purchase, they swapped it out on the spot so I didn't have to go thru a big delay returning it to Umarex for repair. Try getting that kind of great service from an online retailer...you won't! Great stock of guns, gear, ammo, the whole nine yards! Thanks guys! read more

I would not recommend this business because the manager will not work with you on faulty manufactured items. After spending three hundred dollars on the air soft gun a few weeks ago he would not help. I would have been happy with just a new mag which would have solved the problem. Hands down the best airsoft store in Atlanta. Good selection (When it is in stock), great staff (When you can get someone to help you), and good prices. Tips: Getting service can be difficult, mainly on the weekend. It gets packed and it is short staffed. The staff is helpful but they only help one person at a time so expect to wait a bit. If you just need to get in and out, make sure you grab someone and just let them know you need QUICK service. They are out of stock of a lot of things. So if you are looking for something specific, look on their site to make sure they have it and maybe even call them before you come down! This is literally the only airsoft store I buy from in Atlanta. The staff really knows their inventory, they are helpful and very knowledgeable about airsoft! They have practically everything and honestly they have so much inventory anybody from beginner to expert can find something they need. The customer service is great and they are always willing to help anyone or just trade airsoft stories in the store (probably something I do too much here). My son wants to get in to Air Soft so I told him to find a store near by, and to my surprise there were 2 within 5 miles. After doing some research on the locations, I chose Airsoft Atlanta. Crew there was very helpful as my 10 yo had a lot of questions. Spent about two hours there and I purchased a Tippman rifle that next day. I will be back for all of his gear. This is the coolest Airsoft store in Atlanta. They have a wide selection of guns ranging from $200 AEG's (really big selection of guns at that price range) all the way up to the $3500 Echo 1 six barrel mini gun. Plus they have a lot of pistols in the $10 to $150 range. My boys go wild for Airsoft and this is the next best thing to taking them to the jungle. read more

A absolutely wonderful environment! They had a great selection of nearly everything airsoft thing you could want. The store has lots of name brand guns with very competitive prices. I loved all the different selection of camos for each product. The prices though we're my favorite part. They have great prices and very friendly and engaging staff. This store is awful. Their return policy is all sales are final! We ordered a gun online. It came with a battery that did not work. When we took it back to the store, the clerk said the battery would not work and CONNED me into buying another battery that would work. When the gun malfunctioned and we again took it back, they said that the gun was fine and could not help me. I know now why they don't accept returns: with the junk they sell if they did accept returns, they would go out of business. This store is a sad excuse. I have contacted my credit card company to get my money back and report this store. Buyers beware, save your money and buy elsewhere because customer service is not Airsoft Atlanta's most remote priority. read more

I bought a green gas gun blow back smith&wesson m&p9c and I had not had a problem yet just got the gun today I love the smith and wesson

I recently made a purchase from their website for a H&K rifle. I ordered it with expedited shipping, because I had an upcoming game that I wanted to use it at. I ordered it on the weekend and shipping estimated that I would receive it the following Wednesday, which worked out because my game was the following Saturday. So, Wednesday comes and I receive the rifle, but the manufacturer had failed to include the magazine in the box like it was supposed to. Since this was my first M4 based rifle, I did not have any extra magazines and I really wanted the H&K one anyway... I was in a slight panic mode, because it looked like I wouldn't be able to use it at my game. I contacted support and they were VERY helpful and understanding of my dilemma. They were able to find an H&K magazine for the rifle and shipped it with 2 day delivery at their expense! Needless to say I was extremely happy about this. They not only understood how I felt, they went the extra mile to make sure that I had the missing piece in time for my game. I've since ordered a couple more things from them, even when some things were a little more expensive than I found elsewhere.. good customer service, deserves good customers.. Will definitely keep looking to them as a first place to buy. read more
