No call back that afternoon or the next day. On the third day (late morning), I left a msg stating I was expecting a call with a quote to replace the motor. No response. This morning I called again and spoke with a lady who said she would look it up and call me right back. Eight hours later and still no call back with a quote. Obviously Perfect Temp does not want my business. The only reason I gave two stars was Ezra. His demeanor and helpfulness is totally wasted with this HVAC company.

I called Lee to ask if they could possibly source a part if I had the S/N and give me an estimate of delivery - a general time frame. They said, "They don't operate off another company's diagnosis". This is the dumbest policy I have ever heard of. All she had to do was tell me if they had the part or could get it. If the answer to those was yes, I would schedule a call for them to do their diagnosis which apparently, according to them, is rocket-science. They lost out on a customer. If they read this, don't send me anymore flyers. You had your shot. You failed!

I called Lees back on a Saturday and they came back out Monday. Now all of the sudden the compressor is bad supposedly. The techs said it was storms in the area during the time the compressor was supposedly damaged it. The tech said he had 40 years of experience. I asked him how much experience does it take to get it right. I listened to all of the reason he tried to justify how there actions were the cause of the system failure. Completely made up. They were very friendly from the onset - and had someone at our house even earlier than committed (within a few hours). It took about 30 minutes to replace the disposal. So, the labor cost came to about $320 to $371. Final cost was $549.75. Had I known it would be this expensive to perform the repair, i. e. before the service calI, then I would have done it myself. Service from the plumber (Chris) was good, but the cost, in my opinion, was very expensive esp. given the short amount of time to perform the replacement. The cost of the repair was high, not due to the technician nor the amount of time to perform the repair, but the company who provided the service. I live in Del Webb in Greensboro, GA.
