I do not know where to begin…read more We hired this company to do the necessary plumbing for our small commercial kitchen after being assured by John Regusa that he knew what all of the city requirements were necessary to pass a plumbing inspection. What followed was something that took four times longer than communicated and was wrought with one frustration after another. Along the way I expressed concerns over the way things were coming along, however, was told by John at every turn that he knew what he was doing - even when it was apparent that he did not. I paid this company half of the total amount up front and John did his best to get me to give him the remaining half BEFORE the inspection, even lying to me about having scheduled it for the day he was due to finish all work. This was one of many lies he told me. Another of his lies was that he pulled a permit for the gas line he installed which, as it turned out, we did not need because there was an existing gas line already in place. The inspector confirmed the permit was not pulled and only added much after the fact in an effort to cover his behind. John still insisted he was right and the inspector was wrong. John simply had an excuse for everything. Long story short - the inspection failed - miserably. The inspector was shocked over the shoddy work done and simply could not believe his eyes at how some of the piping was rigged. The owner of the company, "Sam", was incredibly combative, deflective and completely unwilling to assume any responsibility from the very beginning. He refused to have a conversation with me at the very beginning, instead, insisting we communicate via email only. His deflection and defense of his employee John in light of emperical proof of lies told and sub par work completed is truly astonishing. Sam even has gone so far as to lay blame - get this - on me for believing John's lies. The two essentially continued to pee on my shoes while telling me it was raining. I believe this company does a signficant amount of damage control and positive PR to hide their MANY negative reviews I unfortunately came across too late. I would avoid them at all costs, especially if you are female as they seem to think we're all naiive and ignorant whose eyes they can easily pull the wool over. I intend on filing a complaint with the GA Secretary of State's Construction Industry Licensing Board - Division of Master and Journeyman Plumbers, BBB and all other appropriate forums. Here is a picture of the sink that John left on these blocks. This was how he left it after telling me it was finished. When I expressed dissatisfaction with this rigged set up - he backpeddled and told me he could get leg extenders, however, he had truly hoped I would be o.k. with it the way it was left. Amazing. The rest of his work was just as unprofessional.

Workers only showed up about 3 hours a day and half the time I watched them from my cameras. was told at least 10 days they would be there and never showed. Took 2 months to halfway compIeye and had to pay a sheetrock company to finish the ceiling cause it looked like a rollercoaster and now the grout from the shower is falling off and can't get a response. This house was a remodel and this company was definitely a waste of my time.

A 450.00 quote on the phone for septic tank drain becomes 3100.00 or more once they open the tank lids. There was nothing wrong with my system, just needed tank drained. They tried it on me but I told them no not going to do that. I am not the only person that has been taken or almost taken by this company. Please get estimates from at least three company's. They will come out and dig up your septic tank lids should be 2 then they suck the doo out. 350.00 to 650.00 high side. Also if you have problems with back ups then there is a filter that they clean anyway during the tank drain, not three roots. The next company came out and drained the tank for 650.00 which was high but they don't try and sell you stuff and say you need hydro pressure cleaning your drain for 2500.00 more. When I told them it was this company they laughed and said he knew it was them.

My mom contacted them to come pump out her septic tank because she is selling her house. This should have been an $800-$1200 job. Well...they charged her $3200. They double charged her for 2 separate items, they broke the lid with their bucket, they sold her several extra options not needed, and sold her a 3 year warranty (remember she is selling her house - she doesn't need a warranty). When I received the invoice, I immediately called the owner to voice my concerns (very direct too). He told me he would look into it the next morning. Took him 2 days, but we finally talked again. He said that he sees they did "accidentally" charge her twice for one item. Ummm...no they double charged her twice for two separate items! He said he would issue her a refund for one of the double charges. As I was working around the pool pump, I noticed they had cut the pool drain line that my husband had buried for her so that when backwashing the pool, it would run down into her bed of ivy. My husband had the pipe coming up in the bed of ivy and there has been no problem with it. I called to let the owner know they had cut this pipe and he sent his guys out. The guy tried to tell me that they didn't cut that pipe and that they had not been in that area or that gate. Well, proof of his lie in one of their "work evidence pictures." The gate is open and their shovel not too far from it. They also broke the lid with the bucket of their machinery when removing the ground cover. They charged my mom for the lid. If the septic company breaks it - they pay for it (according to other septic tank pump businesses.) On the pump report section for "last pump out of known," he put the date the house was built (2004). Ummm...the tank would be empty when it is installed...DUH! My mom didn't know the year it was pumped...what older/elderly person would remember this info. THIS COMPANY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF AN OLDER/ELDERLY WOMAN AND THEY HAVE BEEN CAUGHT IN SUCH AWFUL WORK PRACTICES!!! My next step is the Better Business Bureau and every social media and online review place that I can find.
