I go in to get a new camera screen on my Moto Z which is on the back of the phone. I wait in the store while they were supposedly preforming this service for 55 minutes only to have them bring me the phone back with a busted FRONT screen that was spider webbed from the corner of the phone and a dent in the case (obviously dropped). Not many phone repair places in Burlington, but this place is great! My Motorola Droid Razr had a broken screen and AirTrack Devices fixed it in ONE HOUR. The total cost was $80, after taxes, which I was more than happy to pay. They have great customer service and I certainly recommend this place in need of phone support. read more

Working in a customer service industry I find that the receptionists at this business to be rude and very unprofessional. I would have rather taken my device to the Apple store but unfortunately closed due the covir-19. 2nd repair on my device hopefully everything will continue to work. I will say they did stand behind the first repair. My rating is due to the sarcasm attitude. In my profession the customer is always right and you find away to make them happy. Not call them out as if the customer doesn't know what they are talking about. Live and learn and your business will thrive. Airtrack Devices in Greensboro, NC is not a place I would recommend taking my phone for any repair. I took my daughter's I-Phone 6S in to replace the screen. They put a new screen in it and also a glass screen protector on top of that. As she was using the phone, the I-Phone screen cracked all the way around the home button for no reason. The top glass protector did not crack. The lady on the phone offered me a 10% discount to replace it after only a week. I explained that my daughter was in the bed when in busted, and she said you know kids don't always tell you what happened. This place will not back what they do and will make every excuse in the book not to have to repair it. Tried to sell us a iPhone that did not have iCloud access. We were out of town on business trip and cell phone charging dock broke - we were going to have to buy a temporary iPhone while having repairs made on the other one. It was critical that we didn't lose contacts etc. Paid $250 for an iPhone from AirTrack Devices that we were told had iCloud access (wouldn't you imagine they all do? guess not). We got the phone - only to find out that it did NOT have iCloud access. Ultimately defeating our purpose in purchasing it to start with as we would still lose all of the info needed during our trip in Greensboro. Politely explained that we would not need to purchase a $250 used iPhone if it did not have iCloud access, as they had told us it did. It was at this point that both the owners were EXTREMELY RUDE to both of us. We have never been treated so rudely by any business in our lives. I was astonished at the lack of professionalism the owners displayed. Not once did we say anything rude or disrespectful to them. Simply they didn't know how to update the phone, and were furious when we didn't want to spend $250 of our money for no reason if he couldn't have access to work info. To top that off, the owner (lady) also couldn't figure out how to get their computer to refund us our $250 for the used phone and had to call and have one of their kids bring us cash. Once they gave us cash back, walked us to the door all the while being so rude and SLAMMED it. Absolutely absurd behavior, lack of professionalism, rude, and doesn't even appear to know enough about cell phones without their tech there. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Update. Re: AirTrack Devices. Owner David Morgan responded on 2/11/2016 via phone call, to address issue with port charging door continuing to break after 2 separate repairs. He also addressed unwillingness of employees to assist in any reasonable resolution. Awful customer service!!!! Do not take your devices to this location. They "so called" repaired a cracked screen on my iPhone 6 Plus and 3 weeks later, the entire front face of my phone lifted up and would not go back down.... They refused to own up to the faulty repair job and insisted that I pay another $160 (discounted rate) after already paying them $180 to jack it up the 1st time. The front desk employee (the owners daughter, I'm assuming) was extremely rude and attempted to quarrel with me in front of customers... The technician/ maybe the owner, was just as rude as his employees... This business is a joke... I am warning you to never step foot in there. They have no knowledge of cell phone repair.. They will rip you off and refuse to correct a faulty repair job!! Their policy is 30 days, which is just enough time for you device to start falling apart after being repaired... I am now out of $180 and my phone is completely ruined, when it only had a cracked screen to begin with.. Save your time and money!! Don't give it away to This business read more

Please turn and run! Literally 7 days after "repair" at AirTrack Devices, the touch sensor on my phone stopped working completely. I am not alone. A simple Google search will show that others had similar experiences. I saw them too, but out of desperation I ignored them and took my phone with a scattered screen to AirTrack Devices. I called via the phone application in my car and asked the store manager, Haley, for a refund. She said they wanted to try another screen since the first attempt to repair wasn't successful. Since I live cross the country(New Mexico) I explained why physically coming back to the store was not a feasible solution. Being without your phone for an hour is reasonable but spending money to ship across country and not have for several days is not. Simple right? Haley explained they would need to remove the current screen and replace with my old screen in order to confirm there's an issue. Someone please explain to me how you put shattered glass back on a phone - I'm curious. She refused to authorize a refund or refer me to someone who could. There are several other electronic repair shops with feasible refund policy's. Please take your broken device to one of them. read more

I was in the store today around 12 noon on my lunch break and spoke with and older white woman (no disrespect I just don't know her name) about my screen protector. After replacing the protector twice she was very rude in how she responded to me. I did not say a word I just walk out of the store. However, I will not be going back or recommending my friends or anyone else. I have spent over $300.00 dollars on a single phone repair. Disclaimer: I have never had a repair done. I did enter the shop and ask about having my cell phone repaired. The person I spoke with said there was a mandatory $35 fee to cover having my phone disassembled to see if it was even possible to have my phone repaired. I asked if there was no reference material available or no info on the internet which could answer the question, but she said that paying the fee for an "exploratory mission" (my words, not hers) was the only way. I then went to CPR and was immediately told that my phone could not be repaired and that my best bet was to contact the manufacturer, which worked out pretty well. read more

Although they say they specialize in cellphone charging port repair, be careful. I had a horrible experience using this company. I took my Nokia cellphone in (July 14, 2017) because while the charging port was operable I had to manipulate the position of the cord to get the phone to charge. However, the phone would charge and I could connect it to the UBS port of my computer to upload and download items. The woman at the front desk was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. She indicated that this was a common issue easily repairable and the price quoted for the repair was reasonable.I was not told that a consequence of the repair work was that the charging port could be permanently disabled so that it no longer worked. I left the cellphone with them feeling very comfortable about their being able to repair it. When I returned in 2 hours, the cellphone was returned with the explanation that they were not able to repair it although they had replaced the charging port. In fact, the cellphone would not charge at all and the connection through the charging port no longer worked. They had no explanation for the reason why. Not only did they not repair the phone, they fixed it so that the phone does not charge at all, no explanation of the reason given and they still charged me $38 for the tech's time. I will never go back to this store and suggest that you be careful in using their repair services. read more

Had been a repeat customer for many devices. In my Second to last visit there the technician recommended I get the $50 glass to go over my phone. So I did and put a case on it and three days later the glass broke and my phone broke. I was traveling out of town for six weeks and when I got back I explain to them what happened and they would not work with me at all. The man there acted like I was lying. Not the way to treat a customer who has spent thousands of dollars there in the last couple of years with no objections at all. Will never be back. Found a better place that fixes them for half the price. read more
