I just came from iSolution store, after cracking my iPhone 5 screen for the second time in less than 1 month (oooops!), and I trust this guys. That's why I came back: my phone was 100% repaired in 30 minutes. Also, they made me a great deal because I was coming back and, even the full price Iisn't bad: I payed $112 for iPhone 5 screen and I couldn't find it for less than $120 in Durham, for instance. I dropped my phone off 4 days ago. I was told my screen repair would only take 45 min. 45 min later, I received a phone call and I was told he used his last screen to repair my device but that screen didn't work and he'd have to wait til the next day when he received his next shipment of screens. So I let him keep my device over night. Now here I am 3 days later, no one is answering the phone and now I have to go in store soon as they open. Whether my phone is repaired or not, im never coming back here again. read more

I was eager to use Isolutions because I was referred by my sister who spoke confidently about this company after having met with the owner through her Campus Special advertisement internship. I felt confident that they could fulfill my request because of my sister's referral and she herself had a customization done to her phone without a hitch. Firstly I attempted to contact Isolutions via phone, email, and IG to save myself a wasted trip and to no avail did I ever receive a call back or email. Hence you can imagine how unpleased I was to find that not only could they not fix my phone but that I would have to wait for them to special order my parts because they did not have them in the store. Which was an event in itself because "Edwin" the front desk "attendant", if you will, could not answer a single question without having to go in the back for an answer. Who ever is in the back needs to be up front because it defeats the front desk position if you cant help your customers without having to go in the back after EACH question, literally. Beings that I drove 45 minutes away from home I was thoroughly annoyed I could not get the "speedy service" they advertise and would have to lug my 1 yr old out in the cold again to complete my order. I made it extremely clear of the inconvenience to me and told Edwin that I tried to contact Isolutions 3 times via 3 forms of communications with NO response. He was ignorant enough to ask when did I call? I told him during business hours of course so the reason as to why they had 3 numbers listed and no answer for any of them is quite purposeless. Perhaps he could give me a number to which they possibly might answer, maybe. If he could not answer any questions he could at least know how to answer the phone and say hello. I paid 186.81 on 12/11/14 to have my IPhone 5 customized pink. They did not have any of their advertised custom parts in stock and had to wait for them to be delivered and then come back for assembly. Returned to the store on 12/16/14 to mismatched pink parts and asked that they order better matching set and call upon arrival. No call back and also no attempt to complete my request of a matching pink set. I understand that there is not an exact match but this was unacceptable and when I asked "Would you want a your phone to be mismatched?" Edwin's response was "If it were me I would order it black." The audacity of this employee if anything else should at least know the customer is always right because he did not have an answer for any other question asked. Finally on today 1/5/15 I called to follow up since I, again, had no response from iSoultions and notified them that I would be on my way to complete assembly. Third time is a charm. Wrong the same incompetent Edwin told me he could not guarantee same day service because they were "busy" and I could drop it off and drive a FOURTH time for pick up. I left annoyed & on after thought I called the manager and asked to pay for the parts and receive a refund for the labor. The manager refunded $50 and said that there would be no warranty on the parts if I did self-installation. Understandable and fair so I had my husband pick up the refund and parts. I took the phone and parts to another reputable repair technician who informed me that my parts were botched and obviously mismatched, still. The back piece that I ordered does not have a spring to release the power button and the front LCD screen is for an iPhone 5s not my model iphone5. After attempting to assemble my phone the technician could not complete the assembly and the 5s front LCD broke because it did not fit the 5 frame and it is cheap plastic not glass. I have to order another screen to replace the 5s model LCD which is definitely not what I ordered initially with Isolutions, as well as another back. Not only is Isolutions incompetent but they are obviously illiterate and can not differentiate between phone models,materials, and colors. DO NOT HAVE YOUR PHONE REPAIRED HERE! I had them replace the cracked screen on my IPhone 5c, and also bought a new hard screen cover so that I would have a bit more screen protection. ( Ha! What a joke that was!). I noticed almost immediately after leaving their store that I had to press really hard when texting or trying to answer the phone, but assumed that was due to the fact that I added the screen cover, so I did not try to get them to do anything about that. However, exactly SEVEN DAYS after they replaced my screen, my new screen shattered with a very minimal drop. When I say minimal, I was sitting down in a chair and dropped my phone ON THE CARPET, and the entire upper right corner of the phone screen shattered. I went back to the store to see if something could be done, and the only thing they offered to do was to replace my screen again for the **discounted** rate of $80. Why in the world would I want to spend another $80 just to get another crappy screen??!!?? I can only assume that the parts they use are not apple certified or are some kind of substandard part, because I have dropped my phone many, many times, on much harder surfaces, without so much as a crack.
