Tried to find a Cpap mask so I called this useless business. They said that it wasn't in stock but could order one. Gave them all the info name etc plus my insurance cards numbers. Week has gone by so I called today. They didn't have me on file, no item number, name address...ZERO. Plus I called yesterday, left a message and no call back. Woman was rude. Told them that shouldn't have the door open and hung up. So I called Air Caire, also in Muskegon unreal how great they are. So never ever waste your time on Airway. i have been with airway oxygen since 2003. in 2007 fall i took my machine in to see if i need any adjustments with the breathing part. they did a download and said they would send it to their person. cpap was set 5-20 this was in late sept/early oct. in nov i finally called and they said they dont have anyone to send it to so they sent it to my primary care. he does not know how to read that stuff. i told them that and they argued with me. well i was at 5-20 until october 11, 2018 when i went to a sleep doctor and i changed providers. i've talked to 3 different medical personne and all of them said the same thing "they don't know how to read the printout" i am no longer dealing with airway oxygen i am going to another service. read more

It's been a week since my daughter has been out of the hospital Airway Oxygen has been telling me since last Monday my daughters food for her feeding tube has been on the truck to be delivered and it still has not arrived. I am very disappointed in this company for even getting a supply in the mean time to get her threw has been a struggle for they don't have the right brand in stock at the store and they have not wanted to give me enough saying it will be delivered.
