Their representative informed me that if I went with the 21ft garland, they would throw in free delivery (a $150 value). I asked for the balloon color options and a contract but it was never sent. I followed up a few weeks later and they sent a very limited selections for balloon color options only. When I followed up on the contract and to pay the deposit for the balloons, they said they would no longer offer free delivery. The person was very dismissive and could care less that my event was a month away. Luckily, I found a different balloon company, Plan My Party LA, for a fraction of the price.

He was asserting control and aggressions at me due to possible lack of control in his personal life. But you need to leave personal affairs dormant when you are at work. I am so glad I did not leave my friend's number for them to contact, because she was ill and these flowers were to brighten her day. If they would have called her and talked to her like that, it would have been awful. These were 'Get well soon' flowers!! He thought he was talking to the recipient, which is even worse, cause he would have been rude to the lady who just had a surgery. Very disappointing and disturbing!
