The same tech did all three of my services, which was nice. I'm pretty protective of my nail beds so I only do regular polish ever, but wanted to consider doing a rubber based gel. The staff was very kind in talking me through the options and helping me decide to stick with regular polish. The results was a beautifully shaped manicure, a pedicure to match, and perfectly shaped eyebrows. The interior is nicely decorated, and this is one of those nail shops that serves beverages with a service, so I had a hot ginger tea it was absolutely exactly what I needed and delicious. My only complaint, is that I was not given the advertised Bday discount. The website says there is a 10% birthday discount that never expires. When I asked about a discount at checkout, my nail tech was unaware and very kindly went to inquire. One of her colleagues came over and input a five dollar discount, which was definitely less than 10% of my bill. Overall, the service was great, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the wait was short. I usually do my feet between pedicures. I haven't had one in a while but you wouldn't be able to tell. I say this because they automatically pull out the "cheese grater. They don't even access your feet beforehand. I told her I didn't want the grater so she used the pumice stone. The biggest issue is I left out of that place so ashy. She stripped away all of my oil I put on my legs and feet. I shouldn't have to pay extra or get a more expensive pedicure for my legs to be moisturized. Secondly the cost of a regular pedi cur is atrocious. Wow! I didn't look at my feet. I sat under the drier once done I managed to put on my socks and sneakers. I couldn't even feel my feet for smoothness. I had surgery and I can't bend much. I didn't look at them again once polished because I liked how she shaped them beforehand. I have made it home and it is not good. Once I laid in bed I noticed she did polish a toe. How did that happen? I could say but I won't. As for me never again. I wish my old nail tech wasn't so far away from me. This would've never happened.

I was told the staff was very friendly and professional. Upon arriving two days ago, I was met with a bit of confusion as no one could fully give me pricing upfront, but quickly ushered me to sit in a chair. I was then given a book with pricing on nail services as I just wanted a basic manicure and pedicure without artificial nail addition. Since I was already seated decided on the pedicure as that was truly what I needed. Again, I was continuously offered up charges like the gel polish despite stating I just wanted a basic manicure due to the damage received from previous gel applications. The attendant was not happy at my adamant desire for the basic pedicure, and felt that she was very rough with my feet. I did explain to the lady who would've done my manicure that I just wanted upfront pricing and basic services at this point. Overall, the pedicure process was decent although I don't believe I received all the bullet points listed under the basic manicure like the massage. The polish color options were plentiful (see swatches), and believe it's the same polish that is used in a gel process. I was told that I'd have to sit for about 15 minutes due to the glitter in the polish I selected and not getting the gel instant dry. Had no problem sitting as it was the end of my day. My problem was that the attendant just left and I did hear her mentioning that she was going home to someone else. Waited for her to return and say something to me (I'm done , thank you, goodbye...something!) as well as receive the tip I had for her. That did not happen, and had to search for my shoes before I left as they were wedged in a corner behind a stool. Will continue to search for a local nail spot, or be more diligent in booking in advance for places like IWI Fresh. Sadly, I did notice imperfections after leaving, and also the next day. More so a spot for those inclined to the gel polish and other artificial enhancements as the other staff appeared to be more personable than my attendant.
