Both expressed sincere apologies for the missed appointment and explained it was due to simple clerical error. While I have already engaged another in-home care service, it's clear to me that Oasis cares about their reputation and client experience. As of early yesterday, I had not met nor spoke with my mom's Doctor. Their offices are disorganized, their employees seem unhappy and unpleasant. They are extremely short staffed and when we transferred offices due to a move they were absolutely unwilling to even try to send us new nursing. They said they didn't have enough nursing for their current clients let alone new ones. Fine by me. We jumped ship to Premier and have been so much happier after 2 years with Maxim. I so wish I had made the switch sooner!!! The nurses are better, the charting/organization is better and the office staff is better at Premier. If you're looking for a nursing agency, keep looking.
