This amazing husband and wife team drywalled our newly renovated bathroom. They showed up on time, were very respectful of our house making sure to put down protection on the floor and they were constantly cleaning up behind themselves (I'm pretty sure my house is cleaner after they left than before they got here!) Adrian, his dad and Lupe did an amazing job! We have a 40+ year hold home with walls that have had a hodgepodge of different textures, especially in the bedrooms. We have hired Adiane to retexture and repaint 3 of our bedrooms and the hallway, as well as finish out a small closet over an old air return. We asked if Adrian could break up the project due to our schedule and he has been more than accommodating! I was convinced I knew I wanted knock down texture throughout the house, but Adrian helped me realize that if we do that we'll be back in the same position of having a hodgepodge of textures again in another 10-20 years so we went with his recommendation of semi smooth with a few "cat-eyes" as he called it. Boy am I glad we did!! It looks great!! Adrian and his dad came in on day one and laid paper on our floors from the front door to the back of the house where they'd be working, covered the flooring of the bedrooms and beds with plastic, and then began texturing the walls. Day two Adrian came back and worked on texturing. Day three he brought Lupe in to do the painting, she did an amazing job blending the paint on the ceiling of one off the bedrooms where Adrian closed up an old air supply hole. It's always questionable if old paint and new paint would blend! You can't even tell that the old hole was ever there. We did have them paint the trim, which we originally weren't going to do, but Lupe pointed out that with the fresh new paint it will make the room pop and look finished. Very glad we did that...looks super sharp! Day four was more painting. Day five was the final day of painting. I was wrong on the ceiling paint in the other bedroom and so we had them repaint the entire ceiling in that room. The goal is to have the entire house have the same ceiling paint and since the room was prepped for painting it made sense to add that to the job! Toward the end of day five Adrian returned to help clean up and talk about the next part of the project. Again, he's accommodating our crazy schedule. I have no doubt that the additional work Adrian and his crew do will be amazing as well!! I've added pictures, but it's hard to get good pictures that represent the quality of the texture that was done. We will be calling Adrian back to help retexture and paint the rest of the house and other odd jobs we may have as well. read more

I used Jose, AJ's father of the team, in the past to install my backdoor which he added a window. Also did some electrical work for me. He had done a great job and I was really happy with his work that I recommended him to others. I followed up a few months later for some other home projects of installing a bathroom ventilation fan and outdoor outlet. We corresponded and set a date for him to come out to do projects and I got all the parts ahead of time. He never showed or responded to my follow up messages. I had taken the day off to be home and he left me high and dry. I don't know what changed, but the communication was terrible this time around and I can't say that I would recommend him. We left a vmail for a drywall & insulation install for a water damage project in our garage once the demo and dry-out aspect had been done by another specialist. We received a very quick response and provided some photos to better explain the extent of the project. Later that same day, we received a proposal from Adrian with a reasonable price, and he would be able to start the project the next day. He showed up on time, clearly understood the extent of our project and quickly got prepared to start the work. He provided masking all around the project area to make sure all was kept clean.
