I said back - in a loud voice because she was far from me and now I'm getting upset that I read the sign and I understood that I was getting my phone, wallet etc. She did not want to listen to me and just kept saying "take your business elsewhere". I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I have no problem following any rules in any establishment and I totally understand we are all on edge. I see Libby for lash extensions and cannot sing her praises enough. Every 2-3 weeks, she ensures that my lashes are on point and I am not sure how I could ever live without them now! I believe that finding the right shape and length is truly an art and Libby has a good eye for this. I have never had extensions last as long as they do since I have been seeing her- another huge bonus! I am looking forward to getting botox and fillers with Libby after I have my baby and am no longer nursing. I always feel safe in her care and trust her without a doubt. She is incredibly professional and is a perfectionist- exactly the qualities that one should look for when trusting someone with their face! Terrible experience! One time, I had Botox injections and weeks later I noticed it didn't work…read more When I called, they said I received a bad batch and that others had complained as well. After much persistence, they did give me injections again free of cost, but they knew there was a problem and never contacted me. They were very reluctant to help! Another time, the nurse hit a vein when injecting Botox and I got a terrible bruise around my eye and swelling that lasted over a week. They refused to accept responsibility and refused to give me a refund. They said the awful bruise and swelling was a possible side effect, but when I went to my doctor because I was concerned it was something serious, the doctor said it was an avoidable problem - the nurse should have known where the vein was located. Do not go there!!!!
