I was disappointed after scheduling the Love Me package which was to include 1hour stress relieving massage, half an hour facial, essential manicure and essential pedicure. Due to scheduling errors from the front desk, the massage therapist was over book, and my massage was cut to 30 minutes without a price adjustment for the full package. Then the nail tech used the sander without first clipping the nails. The salon uses a mini $5 fan to "dry" your nails. Mine were not dry two hours later and wrinkled and dulled within two hours. See pictures. The full nail was not painted to begin with. I tried to engage with Ivy, my nail tech, who was not able to carry the conversation. At check out, I was charged full price from the massage therapist and nail technician with only $15 of my $20 web offer discount being applied to my nail services. Cannot say enough about the professionals I have used at this salon. Kayla and Julia were great for couples massages; perfect setting relaxing and enjoyable. Kayla I've had for great solo massages and amazing facials-that will target in on the areas you need taken care of - which for me changes often so her mixing it up for MUAW is fantastic! I have also gotten great pedicures from Kayla and one other young lady I think Christina. For hair cuts Alexis does mine - and it was a big change so I had a consult and then the cut. She was fabulous! We even took our two year old twins there for their first ever hair cut - Amy was great and super high energy for your Little's! I received a gift card for a Christmas for a Essential Mani and Essential Pedicure. I was also suggested by a friend to have Stacey do my nails and I did just that! This was my first visit to Bella Donna Salon & Spa. I walked in about 10 minutes early and was pleasantly welcomed and sat for a few minutes. Stacey came and got me and we went upstairs to wear the manicure and pedicure stations are located (kind of weird to me BUT gotta do what ya gotta do). She already had my water running and set up for my pedicure which we did first (as usual). I picked out my color and sat in my chair. I did have to put my coat and purse on the empty pedicure chair next to me, I was surprised there wasn't a coat rack (if there was...I never saw it). As Stacey worked, she made sure to ask if I was comfortable and if anything hurt to let her know. Everything was perfect during my pedicure! I loved it. I am usually extremely ticklish BUT this time I WAS NOT! I was so surprised- she did a fantastic job! She shaped my nails, painted them, and we went over to the manicure stations. I decided to up my package and pay a little more for gels because I like gel nails way better than 'regular' polish. I picked out my color and sat down. Stacey asked how I liked to keep my nails and I told her and she did a great job getting the in shape and nice an pretty. There is metered street parking in front of the salon but there is a giant parking lot that I'm not sure can actually be used for the salon....but I did anyway! Yesterday I went for a manicure and pedicure. I picked Bella Donna since it's well established with a good reputation and not far fro my home. Masks were required. There were 3 nail technicians, two wore masks properly. The third repeatedly had her mask below her nose and mouth and so did her client. I spoke up and said masks don't do any good with nose and mask exposed and asked that she cover them up. She did but soon back to same improper mask use as was her client. Soon I quietly called another technician and told her I was not comfortable with repeated mask violation by her coworker. Discreetly she called her manager who s on appeared. The technician immediately moved her mask into position, but a few minutes later, same violation. Her manager reappeared and called her into the back room. Her mask stayed on, still part of the time as soon as the manager left. Out of three manicure stations only one had a plexiglass shield between them and the client. Mine did not. My simple manicure and pedicure took 2.5 hours and I stopped the manicure after that and left. My nails were long and lovely when I arrived. They were uneven, indented in the center, jagged on the edges and my cuticle was cut and bleeding. The manager had left for the day but the front desk people were kind and helpful when I showed my hands and explained. The did not charge for the manicure and disc discounted the pedicure. I was in tears when I got home. Further they did not explain I had to go up a circular stair or steep old stairs. Or use a rickety looking chair lift. I have some physical limitations and I should have been told that part of the salon is upstairs, I wouldn't have gone. The nail technician was very sweet but should not be working on people's nails. I only hope I don't get ingrown toe nails as even those are jagged. Horrible experience and very upset Covid rules are not being followed. First time at Bella Donna's for a massage my wife bought me. From a guy's perspective.....Wow! I have had many massages, but this was by far the best. I had a guy by the name of Paul and he really knew his stuff. In the initial consult I told him my aches and pains and that I have a very physically demanding job. He was able to zero in on my problem areas and didn't get scared that he was hurting me as he busted knots in my legs and back. He wasn't concerned with what my favorite fragrant oil was or what type of wine I preferred...I am a guy after all. I wasnt there to be pampered, I was there for a massage. I can't speak for any of their other services they offer or on any of the other massage professionals there. From a man perspective, very professional, physically beneficial, friendly and worth every penny. Ladies, if your man is hurting and is hesitant about going to a salon, get him a massage at Bella Donna's and ask for Paul. He knows his stuff and your man will thank you for it. read more

I just had my nails done today my a lovely nail tech named Mary and I am absolutely in love with them! She was so nice and very talented. I have always had tips glued on before I've gotten acrylics, This was the first time I've ever had some one use a nail form on me so this was a fantastic new experience. They are natural looking and feeling which I love, I'm not a fan of a really big chunky nail so this is perfect for me. Now the salon it was lovely!! So clean, two stories, warm, and inviting with a very relaxed atmosphere which duh it's also a spa so it should. Now the staff beyond the nail tech... they were all so nice and lovely! My mother met me up there and the ladies at the desk talked to her while she waited on me and as soon as I sat down to wait I was offered coffee, tea, and water it was so lovely. I will be coming back again for more that my nails done I plan to take advantage of the long list of other services they offer starting with a facial then maybe a message. read more

Worse pedicure ever!!!! I paid what was supposed to be 55 dollars for some tropical pedicure!!! It was no better than express pedicure besides fact threw some tropical smelling lotion on legs!!!! skin on side of foot just as rough as before!!! Charged me 12 dollars for nail art on my 2 big toes that took her 3 seconds to do!!!!!! She told me would be 3 bucks a toe. I was tempted to leave nothing for tip, but I have more class!!! I went to Bella Donna for a Brazilian wax and was told that she could not get everything and I would need to shave. When I got home I noticed that not only did she not get everything but she hardly got anything. I called and there was no apologies and I was told I could come in for it to be re waxed. I didn't have the time. I've been waxed for years (first time here) and never has it been done this poorly. I would never go back. read more

This place is great! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with smiling faces. The front desk is always so friendly and nice. I've gotten updos with Jillian, she does exactly what I want. I've gotten cuts and colors from ombré and to simple brown and angles cuts or trims with Megan. She always does a fantastic job and makes my hair smooth and healthy. I've got multiplied waxes from Kayla and she does a great job. This place is clean, has drinks and snacks available, and everyone is smiling and happy. Had a terrible experience there on my wedding day. I booked an appointment for bridal hair and airbrush makeup and hair/makeup for my maid of honor. A couple days before the appointment my maid of honor told me she just wanted her hair done at the salon, so I cancelled her makeup appointment. The morning of the wedding she realized she might have a hard time doing her own makeup and we asked if the salon would be able to accommodate us. She requested air brush makeup and they salon said they can make it work, which I thought was great. This is when things took a turn for the worse. My hair took 2.5 hours for an updo, even though it only took 1.5 hours during trial. The hair stylist had issues adding a bump to my thin pair and had to re-do the bun because the hair wasn't quite long enough apparently. The final hairdo looked nice and stayed put all day but wish it hadn't taken so long. My hair appt ran a bit late, the salon was overbooked (inexplicably), and they tried to accommodate my friend. All three of these things contributed to neither me or my friend getting the makeup we wanted. The lady that did my airbrush did a pretty bad job with my undereye area to the point that I regretted getting airbrush makeup. She said it couldn't be fixed but that it's okay since "my husband won't notice". Excuse me, I thought i was the client here, not my future husband?! Once the airbrush base was done, both my maid of honor and I were passed around like hot potatoes to different stylists trying to finish our makeup during their other appointments. This is unacceptable! If they couldn't provide top notch service to both me and my friend, they should not have agreed to squeeze her in. We both ended up having to use some of our products because they didn't have eye brow pencils and waterproof eyeliner. My bridesmaid was left alone with a half finished face because no one could get to her and she had to finish her own makeup at the salon. Furthermore, they were out of fake eyelashes and I would have to provide my own. It didn't matter though since there was no time to apply them, even though that's the look I requested during the trial and wanted to have for my wedding day. My bridesmaid and I were there for 3 and a half hours and didn't even get what we paid for. We were offered no discounts for our trouble, only lame excuses that they were overbooked. I do not plan coming back to this salon and DO NOT recommend it for any special event hair/makeup. They were disorganized, took way too long and the makeup wasn't worth the money. Also, it is inexcusable for a higher end hair salon to ask their clients to provide their own makeup and supplies why charging the prices they charge. read more
