They do everything in their power to make sure they collect money and don't have to work. Was told my dollars don't go to ammenities because its a "gift" and take away other things that makes living as easy as possible. I worked with Joanne who was wonderful to work with. I believe Joanne was retired or was about to retire, and I think this company is run/owned by her son, John. (Sorry if I don't have that exactly right!) I had been new to Massachusetts in 2012, and Joanne gave me all the intro information I needed in order to get comfortable in Salem. She told me about great places to eat, about great spots to get inexpensive furniture, as well as other helpful information. She even gave me a ride back to the train because it was cold and late. I just wanted to leave a review since even after a couple of years have passed, I still remember how easy/positive it was to deal with Harbor Rental! If I were to move locally, I would go to this company first. My impression was that they are good people and that they really know Salem.

I am convinced that we got top dollar for our house because of the timing and price we put it out at.
