A co-worker recommended them, but we just never really got a good vibe from Dave. He seemed very weak, passive, and squirmy; and he did turn out to be a complete worm. He was unable to negotiate under full price for a home that had spent two years on the market. He didn't thank us for the commission he received after closing on a home which we found by ourselves. No house warming gift, nothing. We followed their advice to put our old home on the market after our new home offer was accepted, as they believed it would sell quickly. We received one low ball offer 7 weeks in; we accepted it so we could just move on. Dave then blew the negotiations prior to p&s signing and the deal fell apart. Now we are stuck with two mortgages and need to start listing process over again. When our listing agreement ended, he didn't even bother reaching out to salvage the relationship. Weak.
