This was due to them not writing down the correct email for the second location. I do understand that mistakes can happen and that payments are necessary to run the company. Due to this, I have decided not to call them back for any of my seven locations in Des Moines. I read on Yelp that "72 is about creating and developing relationships with our customers by providing superior service". However, this is not how they can build a relationship with customers.
