Genuinely horrible. Tow service requested at 8:15 am through state farm, dispatched and arrival was estimated for 60-90 minutes. Truck arrives in roughly that much time, but then leaves promptly claiming the truck had issues and wasn't running smoothly and that another truck would be here in around 30 minutes, so probably before 10. Since then, over 2 more hours of waiting and still no truck, state farm agency cannot get through to them, they don't pick up, and eta visible through the app keeps jumping all over the place, from 1 minute, arriving soon back to 60, 45 mins etc. Statefarm had to reassign agencies entirely since they fully would not respond, and this agency does not communicate at all. Waited from 8:15 to 11:57, no tow truck. Horrible. read more

Stay away from this company. Got a car towed through my insurance and needed to change the drop off location to another America's Tires. Because it was 5 miles away from the original drop off location, they said to call my insurance to update the address. Updated the address with them and received a confirmation. The driver took the car to the original drop off location and once we spoke with them about being at the wrong location while we were waiting for them, he said he had to call his boss. Waited 15 mins and didn't hear back, and so we called the main number and found out he was told to leave the car with the keys inside unlocked... unreal read more

Was given an eta of 90 minutes. Around the time they should have arrived, they updated my insurance provider that they were a minute away, after 10 minutes of that update I called them and they stated they were an additional hour away. Phone died while waiting for them. Saw a tow truck driver arrive at the shopping center I was at, but it did not have AJ Roadside branding on the vehicle, it had another company name. Was able to get my phone to turn on, called their dispatch, they stated the driver had arrived but could not find me. Operator told me the name of the company that was on the side of the tow truck which was not AJ Roadside. Dispatcher stated they were not AJ Roadside started being rude. My service provider called the same number and they told him that they were in fact AJ Roadside. I called the number again and got the same woman that picked up, she did not answer with her company name, and when I asked her what company she was she stated AJ Roadside. I asked her why she had told me that they were not AJ in the previous call, she ignored my question saying the call had been cancelled and abruptly hung up on me. read more

I waited way too long for these people to arrive. Good thing I wasn't stranded on the freeway or somewhere unsafe. And my insurance company called me to check and see if they had arrived at their eta. They hadn't so they called them to ask and they gave another eta but still didn't arrive at that time either. I was then given a direct number to keep in touch with the driver as to when he would be arriving. When I spoke to him he told me he was a not too far away turns out he was still 20-30 mins away. had a flat tire and used my statefarm roadside assistance. They were very quick to response and was contacted immediately. What helped was that i dropped my pin location since i was stuck around industrial area. They were there in about 15-20 minutes and they worked on my vehicle right away and was able to still meet my obligations. :) definitely very satisfied!!! read more

They kept on lying about eta and quite rude phone operators, pushed it 3 hours back. One person gave me a time while the other gives me another time, definitely the worst towing experience I've had ever with a company, definitely recommend anyone else read more

Awful service. Waited over 3 hours. Which is fine I was in a safe place. All I needed was a jump start. Driver arrived all pissed off. Starting going off that he needed to tow me from a residence and he just had to come from an accident for this. I told him no just a jump. He started screaming that is not what dispatch told him. And to jump was a waste if his time. He told me it was not his problem and left. Wow I have never seen such bad service. Go elsewhere if you are in need of help. read more

First off I have to say the driver was honest from the start , asked if I was okay and where I was located and then what issue I was experiencing. I began to explain where I was located and sent them my location which was super relieving ! And guess what.... they actually showed up , super fast and got straight to business with my vehicle. Ended up needing a tow to the shop which was very fair on the price. There was no up charge , no waiting a ridiculous amount of time , and the driver was super kind. stay far from these idiots. they are scammers. i drive an f250, and am in africa for vaction. my fiance is back home using the truck fir daily use. ling story short, truck won't start, ford's roadside assist charged me $80 to have them come and jump my vehicle battery, they show up to my apartment complex, never go inside and claim that they called me multiple times (i received no call) also my girlfriend was sitting st our vehicle the entire time and said no one came by. waste of 2 hours for them to get here and $80. ford did refund me. but don't do buisness with these idiots. they blocked my number after saying they left and would come right back read more
