Last night my elderly parents ordered a tow through AAA for a flat tire in Rancho Cucamonga, and Rancho Cucamonga Towing was assigned. They were given an ETA of less than an hour. That was around 6PM. 730PM comes around and no tow. We call back for an update on time and were given an estimated time of arrival at 0315am! 9 hours to get help with changing a tire. Needless to say we limped it home and changed it ourselves. The last time we ordered a tow through AAA was for my 16 year old daughter who was stranded in the middle of the street and Rancho Cucamonga Towing was dispatched through AAA. The tow was ordered at 930PM and by 11PM the tow didn't show up. The police arrived because she was stuck in the middle of Haven Av and ordered the tow for us. Rancho Cucamonga Tow arrived in less than 30 min. How its it that they are a AAA contract tow and it takes them hours to arrive. We have a pending complaint with AAA reference the issue with my daughter and on Monday we will be calling AAA to file a second complaint due to the issue with my parents. read more

Yeah, sometimes I can be a knucklehead. We've got everyone out for a fun day in the mountains and I somehow forget that I'm driving a soccer-Mom style van. "Sure, that's a rock in the middle of the road but we'll clear it, no problem." WHAM! Then transmission fluid leaking furiously out of my car. There was the obligatory swearing and after about half an hour my brother came up with a remarkably MacGyver solution that included a Gummy Bear, part of a rag and a tiny bungee chord we happened to have in the car. We limped into town but AAA was the only real solution. Joseph was helpful and kind and respectful even though my guess is his young life included more than its share of pain and nastiness. He was a solid guy and if it was hittin' the fan I'd sure want him on my side. Thanks for the ride man. It was a pleasure to share your company. And Dad...Thank you so much for driving all the way out here to rescue the 5 of us who couldn't ride in the tow truck! read more

While this company may provide decent service, the way they go about handling their business is atrocious. I was involved in an accident with one of their drivers who almost killed me because he ran a red light. One week later they still had yet to call their insurance. I personally called and spoke with their manager Cal, who I thought may be just a little sympathetic towards the situation seeing as one of his drivers totaled my car and nearly killed me, but he was very rude and belittling and he also tried to make it sound like I was the one at fault. So as previously stated, while this company may provide decent service, they lack moral quality, ethical behavior and simply just common courtesy. I would definitely discourage anyone from doing business with them. read more

Had car trouble, called AAA, and they sent Rancho Cucamonga Towing my way to bail me out. It actually took 1hr even though I was quoted less than 30 minutes by AAA. (I was notified of that delay by AAA at around the 25th minute mark, and I'm not really sure who was at fault for the delay. Since AAA was the one that notified me, I am placing the blame on them. The guy (didn't catch his name) was very nice and helpful, and I would use their service again. read more

AAA sent this company out to change a tire late one night of me. I was promised they would show up within 30 minutes. It took them 65 minutes. They didn't show up til 11:35 at night. They also never called with an update. By then I had my son change the tire. VERY disappointed with this company. Will never use them or let AAA send them out to me again. read more

Having a broken car does not a good day make! The repair shop said they would send a tow truck to bring it to their shop. Three (3) hours past and still no tow truck, I called back to the shop and was told they had not yet heard back from the driver, perhaps he was on vacation or something. Was told they would try someone else (duh?). I waited 45 minutes and still no tow, I called back and was told they were still looking for a tow company. I told them to cancel the tow, I would figure out something myself. I called a couple tow companies, the one that answered the phone was quite pricey, the other had me leave a message (never heard from them) No wonder the only get 1 or 2 stars. I then called Rancho Cucamonga Towing. Eddie took the call and said he could have a truck there in about 30 minutes. In less than 30 minutes the truck appeared as promised. The driver, I wish I had not forgot his name, was very courteous and spent time trouble shooting the car. He got it to start but it still wouldn't run right so I had him haul it to the shop where I usually get my work done, All this is to say Rancho Cucamonga Towing and their operator exceeded my expectations. Their fee was less than the other 2 places I called, they were prompt, friendly and professional, I will use them again if I need a tow and highly recommend them to others. read more

Attempted to have them unlock my car because i had a lock out AAA initially gave a no later than 45 minute eta for the lock out. After waiting for almost an hour and a half with groceries going bad. I called AAA to see what the issue is. They stated they were dispatched out but will have them call me after waiting another 30mins for a call i had to call AAA a third time to inform them we did not receive a call. Horrible horrible response time. Request a different company from AAA if they try to send this company they will take their sweet time. Even if you are in danger or a hazard. I will never allow these people to handle anymore calls i place to AAA in the area read more

Rancho Tow was sent out this eve through AAA to assist in retrieving keys from locked vehicle. They responded in less than 15 mins and the driver/attendant was very courteous and was able to unlock the Jeep in 5 min. Excellent and responsive service.. read more

Daniel has helped me out on two occasions now and was very professional and helpful throughout the process. Clearly knows his stuff and was very courteous and professional throughout the time he was with me. Was impressed he had the foresight and experience to maneuver my lowered car with blocks on to the tow ramp.
