I also asked her for some tarps and she sends me to the Lane I told her I couldn't find them I asked two guys that were there one was really rude one with a tattoo on his leg of a snake he tells me ask the other guy and I told him I was going to do a review and he said put five reviews if you want he didn't really care he was rude and all the people that are working there they don't want to help. My bathroom is getting remodeled I can't wait for the whole process to be over. I'm over using the pool shower ! Yet I know I can get better prices than the contractors can. I bought paint recommended by the costumer service when opened it was not paint it was a base took it back and I was bullied by the manager he refused to returned or give me store credit even though I did not use the paint base and it was not mix with color. When I get an itch to be a handyman I go and buy things that I never use it. Like this day I wanted small paint roller $1.99 for 3. But end up buying $30.82. First of all, let me start by saying this place has the worst manager. He doesn't know how to deal with customers properly. He has poor management skills. I purchased my fourth canopy from this place and never had an issue with any of them till these last purchase. The top of the canopy wasn't fitting properly, so I called the store and notify them of the issue, They said go ahead, bring the top of the canopy and will exchange it. Once I got to the store, the manager approached me and said what is the issue with the canopy? I said it's not fitting correctly so I need to exchange the top. He immediately just said I did not assemble it correctly. I show them pictures and he still insisted that I didn't install it correctly. This is not my first canopy I set up I told him and I know exactly what the issue is. The canopy is short by a few inches. The whole time he insisted that I did it wrong, I was getting so frustrated that I was getting ready to just go home get the whole thing disassemble it and just return it. At the end, someone else showed up and gave me the top of the canopy. After this event, I'm never going back to the store. read more

First, let me say that this warehouse has tons of quality and affordable items, but this review and 2 stars is because of my experience today. If you see my attached photo, you'll notice that my truck says it's not even 7pm and the doors are already closed. I got here at 635 and I was rushed to get whatever I was going to buy because they were closing, and to be honest, I only came here for a wrench and some baking soda. Anyway, I overheard one of the workers yelling in Spanish to tell all the customers in the back of the store to hurry up and leave already. I found that rude. While I was choosing a wrench, an employee was shadowing me to ensure that I hurried up and didn't walk towards the back of the store, so I got a bit anxious and didn't even bother looking for the baking soda and decided to just pay and leave. After I paid, someone was trying to enter to shop, by this time it was 645 and he was nearly turned away, but he was basically warned in Spanish that they usually close the doors at 645 and by 7 no one is here anymore. My complaint to this business is, obviously, if your business hours are posted, and your closing time is 7pm, do not rush shoppers, do not shadow us, and do not tell us you really close at 645 and not 7, unless that time is posted. Will I return, heck yeah, I'm a sucker for good prices, but At least now I know that this business does not respect the last-minute shopper. read more

If you are in the area and just renovated your house, this is the place to price compare. Words are really hard to describe it because it doesn't have nice lighting or pretty aisles. It literally everything you need for your home but in a warehouse and you don't need to buy in bulk. This place is worth checking out. It's true, AJ's wholesale has little of everything, mostly affordable non-branded hardware tools , house repairing supplies, industrial cooking ware, pet supplies and others; but it lacks of good Customer service. I went to return a merchandise during the AJ's 10 day period return policy. It seems that the supervisor has to be acknowledge during returns. Supervisor Patricia did not let me returned less than $10 in merchandise, because the receipt was under my wife's credit card even I had the receipt and the credit card, but due to "Store Policy, it has to be the same person returning the merchandise" ... ok, fine. I grabbed some pen markers hanging next to the cashiers stand and started heading inside the store, the supervisor stopped me right away and told me that I could not take markers with me inside the store until I was ready to pay. I felt so unwelcome at the moment that I left the markers and decided to leave the store. A few days later, I came back with my wife to return the merchandise, The same supervisor helped us out; this time she not even asked us for the credit card nor ID ... what happened with the store policy? Sometimes it's better not to start an argument and better to write a yelp review for bad customer service. read more

I frequently visited this establishment for dog food for my Yorkshire terrier. They were great on prices but there were was several times that I called to check inventory. When I called they didn't have the dog food I needed and was out of stock. I forwarded to representative that made orders and I left a message. I was never given a call back which dissatisfied me. Then I was on a later shift at work and needed to stop by the warehouse. It clearly states the warehouse closes at 7:00 pm and I was there at 6:50. The gate and door were closed shut. I decided to call the next day to be informed on the time, the rep advised me that they closed the door at 6:58. That day I showed up 15 minutes before closing and doors and gate were closed again. I will never return, even though it is the closet to my house for dog food and the prices are great. A business should be truthful and shouldn't close their establishment before the specified times. read more
