My first visit at Brock North Dental was the most reassuring dental experience that I have ever…read morehad. I had a horrible toothache and was terrified to go to our former dentist. My husband insisted that I needed to go and found a local clinic, Brock North. "Don't worry," he said,"I'll be there holding your hand the whole time." Dr. Fernandez was very supportive and understanding of my panic (the result of a lifetime of truly horrible dental experiences). He told me that I needed a root canal, and I screamed (according to my husband), "Just pull it out!!." He insisted on saving the tooth. The root canal, 16 years later, is still brilliant. And 16 years later, I am still a patient. They didn't have any problem with my husband joining me for my appointments during the first four years, and my husband, son and daughter also became clients of Brock North Dental. All I can say is Thank You, Brock North Dental and Dr. Fernandez. For anyone with any fear of dentists, I urge you to give Brock North Dental a try. It's not scary, I promise! Also, Dr. Fernandez set me up with a great dental hygienist, named Donna, and the receptionists know that she generally does all of my cleanings. Donna is not only a great hygienist, but also an interesting and compassionate person. Thanks to Brock North Dental, I now go to dental appointments on my own, just like the adult that I am supposed to be!

I was worried that the experience would be traumatic for my daughter, but Dr. Klein made the process super easy. His staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to go over the all steps during the prep and answered all of my daughter's questions. I could tell that my daughter was more relaxed once her questions were addressed by the prep nurse. Dr. Klein also has a great sense of humor which also helped put my daughter at ease. We had 2 separate visits (once to remove 2 teeth from the top and again to remove 2 teeth from the bottom) and I must say, I was very impressed with how well the procedures went from prep to recovery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend dr. Klein and his staff to family and friends.

All the ladies in the clinic (from the receptionists to the assistants and doctors) were as friendly and professional as can be. Their prices are *very* reasonable and the work is top notch. The reception area as well as all the rooms and equipment are modern and absolutely spotless. They also explained everything they were doing along the way which I really appreciated. You can see that they take pride in the work that they do. I've had a cleaning and a root canal done recently and it has been hands down the most stress free dental appointment I've ever had. The hygenist was very thorough - even rapidly calling out numerous measurements of the gaps between my teeth and gums in order to calculate potential concerns. I had never experienced that before. She went on to clean, scale and polish my teeth. She found some excessive amounts of plaque and suitably lectured me on the need to floss more frequently. The dentist then came in, examined my teeth and took the time to discuss potential options for replacing a crown and whitening my teeth. I was again cheerfully greeted at the desk where the cost of the various options was clearly laid out, together with what my insurance would and would not cover. I made 3 more appointments to do that work and left very satisfied with the experience. I would definitely recommend.
