Once it was established that they were no longer available, he proceeded to take a closer look at the filter, and guess what, he actually took time out to repair it, at no cost to me. I was so impressed with this service that I mentioned that my fridge was on the blink too, on telling him the problems it was agreed that it would not be worth repairing , I then ordered a new under counter fridge and a small under counter freezer too. I was very impressed with his service and time and effort he gave me, I felt I had to write a review to let others know of their excellent service. Phoned them up and was offered a discount to make the appliance cheaper than anyone else. Ordered on Sunday morning and had the new fridge freezer in my kitchen by Monday afternoon. Was sent text messages informing of estimated delivery time and then when they where on their way to me. Delivery men where polite and friendly, they removed my old appliance and delivered the new one quickly, following covid guidance while doing so. Highly recommended, especially if close to Manchester for local delivery.

AVOID!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NAC OVER £300 SPENT AND FAULT…read moreSTILL NOT FIXED Please read other negative reviews before committing to this company, I wish we had! We are now over £300 out of pocket and our dishwasher still has the exact same recurring fault. Engineers have attended multiple times, and on each visit a replacement part has been fitted. However, the same part has melted again each time, clearly showing that the underlying fault has never been properly diagnosed or resolved. Despite this, we were required to make ADVANCE payments before knowing whether the repair had been successful -- which it wasn't, on any occasion. We are now in the position where we have effectively paid the cost of a brand-new dishwasher with nothing to show for it. The company has REFUSED to offer even a partial refund, despite repeated failed repairs and clear evidence that the original issue remains unresolved. All they can offer is for the engineers to come back and replace the same part AGAIN which we know is pointless and will be yet more money down the drain. Extremely disappointing service NAC!!! To clarify: we have no complaints about the individual (Newcastle based) engineers, who were polite and professional. Our issue is entirely with the company's repair process, repeated misdiagnosis, and refusal to take responsibility when the repairs failed!
