Great AYCE spot for sushi! Definitely recommend going for lunch vs dinner as there's not much more that you get with dinner menu and there's a huge jump in price. Plus, $16 for lunch, you can make it your meal for the day, and super quick service, can't beat it! The wait staff is great and attentive with asking if I need any more dishes and clearing away the plates from what I've had. It's not the best food you've ever had, but for the price, you can't beat it! The hibachi/teriyaki/curry definitely isn't my favorite so recommend staying with sushi or the appetizers for the best food! read more

I walked in around 2:40 and was sat instantly. They explained to me how the menu works and I promptly got to looking. The ambiance is pretty cozy though. Some hanging decor and all. You get 3 rounds of food with all you can eat. They are able to charge you for any food that you do not eat. I got some sushi (Crunchy spicy crab roll and shrimp tempura roll) and they were alright. I personally am not too much of a sushi person so I couldn't finish them. On top of that, I tried gyoza (primarily crunchy, a little sweet and I added soy sauce to the given sauce to make it more to my preference) Hibachi steak fried rice (unfortunately I did not like this one. It tasted like some smokey dirt... if that makes sense. It might just be me though. I just wouldn't recommend this personally) Chicken Teriyaki (sauce was very lightly colored, not fully coated, you can tell this is just made for all you can eat portions, however I did enjoy this more than the hibachi steak fried rice and sushi) They charge for to-go boxes. I figured it'd probably be cheaper if I got a to-go box and took leftovers rather than potentially be charged for wasted food. Finished with some ice cream. The highlight of the place is its decoration and service. Everyone was welcoming and it was different to see a robot bringing up your food. Food was okay. If you get the all you can eat deal it's worth it since you can try everything. The only plate I didn't like how it tasted was the steak fried rice, which had a different taste on how it normally is. read more

For a while, I have been looking for a spot on Omaha that has all you can eat sushi for a relatively inexpensive price. I am thanking the lord I found this place. For 15.99 a person, there is all you can eat sushi from 11-3 with so many different options. They offer vegan rolls, cooked, raw, and all things in between to soothe all of your sushi cravings. I would have to say my favorite has to be the volcano roll. They brought out our appetizers using a little robot that sings when it arrives at your table. I recently went to Ajisai with my husband. We had a great time! We were able to be seated right away. The logistics are easy to maneuver, you get a list of all of the food for order and you just mark the quantity that you want of each desired item. Then, as your items are ready, they come out. Sometimes it is the waitstaff that brings it out--other times, it is a cute little robot that plays music. There are two screens that both play different captivating videos. One has beautiful landscapes. The other was a food show showing tons of delicious food being prepared. We order a lot of food and felt like it was a really good value. One of my new fav Japanese spots in Omaha. The food is AYCE and the quality is pretty good. I feel like when it is AYCE sushi, sometimes the quality is not the best but that's not the case here. Service is great as well! They have so many items in their menu that even a non sushi or non seafood eater would be satisfied. They have udon, chicken karaage, tempura, yakitori, tofu, etc. My kids love that the robots bring you their food. They even have the call buttons at the tables. This is the first restaurant in Omaha I have seen have those buttons since moving from Los Angeles. In LA, all the restaurants in Koreatown have it. You push it and the sever comes immediately! Was so excited for the Omaha Sushi Project to take on Ajisai Sushi!! They offer an al a carte menu and an all-you-can-eat menu, both with hibachi and sushi options. The AYCE menu was LARGE!!! They had special and standard roles and a bunch of appetizer options! You can really get bang for your buck with this option! We had a couple different apps including miso soup, Kani salad, gyoza, and tempura zucchini. All were pretty basic, but gyoza was pretty amazing. We also got a good mixture of rolls including a hand roll which is fun! Yam tempura roll was so good! Most rolls needed a little more fish in them but it was so fun to pick everything! The wait staff was incredibly nice and continuously checked on us and we had a special waiter, a robot! They had robots bringing by more food and drinks which was so fun! Can't wait to come back! This place is absolutely worth it! I have gone to a few all you can eat places, and this is my favorite so far. We tried several sashimi's, and most of the 'fancy' rolls with more ingredients. Our favorites were the red dragon roll, Mexican roll, and hoppin jalapeño roll. My personal favorite item of the night was the tuna pizza! This is a lightly fried and crispy rice crust, topped with spicy tuna. It was served piping hot and tasted amazing! We came around 6 and the place was empty. Our food was SO fresh, and didn't take too long. I will say, I think the freshness decreased through the night for some reason--our last plate had sashimi that wasn't as fresh, and rolls that weren't as tasty. My only other negative through the night was the lack of sauce. I love a TON of sauce and there was hardly any on any roll or item. However, if you ask they will bring you some! I ended up with 3 sides of eel sauce through the night--I wish I had known I could get this from the beginning! The service is minimal but good, they have at least 3 robots that we counted bringing items out to tables, which was a fun experience. 2 robots collided at one point, resulting in one dish on the floor, but this was more humorous than anything! This is a brand new restaurant of all you can eat Japanese food. There are cooked appetizers, salad, soup, sushi and sashimi. There are vegan and gluten free options. The dishes are made to order, so the tempura is fresh, crispy and delicious. The sushi and sashimi are made to order, but comes out quickly. . The dinner time AYCE is currently $25. It is truly all I could eat. I really liked the udon soup, simple salad with ginger dressing, and the sashimi. I liked the tempura sweet potato. I think this was a great value. . I've visited several times for lunch and have always had great food and service, which makes last night's dinner experience especially disappointing. Our group (4 adults, 2 toddlers, and 2 infants) came in for dinner and ended up spending over two hours at the restaurant due to what appeared to be a major delay with our order. Our appetizer order was incorrect and we had to ask about it multiple times, and we watched several tables that were seated after us receive their food before we did. After finally flagging someone down to check on our order, it was still another 30 minutes before our meals arrived. The staff were kind when we were able to speak with them, and the food itself was good, but the wait time made the experience extremely difficult--especially with toddlers and infants. By the time our food finally came out, the kids were understandably out of patience. With young children, waiting that long simply isn't realistic, so we ended up having to rush through and leave without being able to order anything more. For around $25 per adult, it was frustrating to spend that much time and money and still leave feeling hungry and stressed. We've genuinely enjoyed our past visits here, which is why this experience was so surprising and disappointing. I hope it was just an off night, but it unfortunately left us questioning whether we'd return for dinner again. read more

I've been here twice. The first time with 2 of my girlfriends for dinner after a movie. We had all you can sushi (only cooked items, no raw fish for us). Everything we got was actually pretty good and the service was great. It was a great and fun experience, and we would definitely come again. I love the way the place is decorated, it is bright and airy and inviting, and even though it was full, the noise level was ok. The service was awesome, we didn't get served by a robot, but we saw it drive by a few times and once there was almost a robot accident to the delight of the diners. So why 3 stars, if there were 1/2s I would have given 3-1/2 stars. Today I went for lunch and got the Salamon Teriyaki lunch box. For $10 it was quite a bit of food, I had 5 nice sized pieces of vegetable tempura (crispy and not greasy), steamed carrots, broccoli and zucchini, steamed rice, 2 decent sized pieces of grilled salmon and a cup of Miso soup. Quite a filling and light lunch for just $10. BUT - the salmon was sooooooo dry, it was inedible, I tried, but I just couldn't choke it down. This will not deter me form coming again, I'll try the chicken next time, maybe it won't be so dry. read more

Super cute new sushi restaurant near 76th & dodge! The decor is super cute and very photogenic! They have a robot that brings out your food, and a SUPER handy button at your table if you need anything you ring and a server comes right over. They were decently busy when we went, 4 girls right after work around 5:30pm on a week night. All the food came out quick and hot and correct! We all did the all you can eat for $25 a person. Terrible terrible all you can eat. First of all do not bother with the appetizers. Everything tasted like it was frozen and just popped into the fryer. Other things like the chicken skewers were rubbery and I'm sure were premade and sat for a long time. The sushi came out and it was very low grade fish. The shrimp tempura roll was inedible. As we were eating our sushi we filled out another sheet to get some edamame and chicken fried rice. Our server said he cannot bring those two items until we were done with the sushi which I have never experienced before at other restaurants. Well this place is way better than the AYCE sushi place downtown Tokyo sushi ? by a landslide but not sure if it was because it was Xmas or because they want you to fill up but service was slow and they would not bring out everything you ordered . Still gave it four stars because they were so friendly, warm and welcome even if aforementioned was not up to par. Of course the kids were highly entertained by the robo kitty ‍ server that brought the majority of our food . In general the space is super clean and modern with cute decor. As of Xmas day 2024 kids at least three and under were free of charge and my six year old they charged $13.99. All the adults were $23 or $24.99 for all day dinner . My parents loved it I think mostly because they included sashimi. So yep we will probably be back! read more

My husband, son and I have been here twice. I normally don't write a review the first time trying a new place, even if we really liked it because the second time might not be as good of an experience as the first. But believe it or not, both times at this sushi restaurant were delicious and so reasonably priced! For $25, all you can eat sushi is awesome! From the salads, to the soups, to the appetizers and sushi rolls, and then ice cream for dessert, this place is SO worth it. They even have more than sushi on the menu if that's not your vibe.
