The highlight of the place is its decoration and service. Everyone was welcoming and it was different to see a robot bringing up your food. Food was okay. If you get the all you can eat deal it's worth it since you can try everything. The only plate I didn't like how it tasted was the steak fried rice, which had a different taste on how it normally is.

Always amazing! Great food, service, and atmosphere. Value play for sure. Check out the pics, or better yet, just stop in.

Went here on a whim and now we have a favorite sushi restaurant Lunch Mon-Sat is $15.99 from 11-3 Order off the paper menu, push the call button and someone picks up your order - wait a bit and a robot rolls up with your sushi! We enjoyed tempura veggies, miso soup, crab Rangoon and a variety of rolls and nigiri this first trip. The space is happy and well-lit, not too loud on a Friday over lunch.

Great spot if you are looking for an all you can eat vibe, but as with most all you can eat places in my opinion, it's quantity over quality. Still, it's super fun for kids, including the delivery robot and a lot of the food is really good and probably above average for all you can eat spot.

For a while, I have been looking for a spot on Omaha that has all you can eat sushi for a relatively inexpensive price. I am thanking the lord I found this place. For 15.99 a person, there is all you can eat sushi from 11-3 with so many different options. They offer vegan rolls, cooked, raw, and all things in between to soothe all of your sushi cravings. I would have to say my favorite has to be the volcano roll. They brought out our appetizers using a little robot that sings when it arrives at your table. They have plenty of seating and a short wait time. I HIGHLY recommend.

in my opinion, this is now the best or you can eat sushi restaurant omaha. The menu is so varied and expansive, it's hard to compare to any other place.

I recently went to Ajisai with my husband. We had a great time! We were able to be seated right away. The logistics are easy to maneuver, you get a list of all of the food for order and you just mark the quantity that you want of each desired item. Then, as your items are ready, they come out. Sometimes it is the waitstaff that brings it out--other times, it is a cute little robot that plays music. There are two screens that both play different captivating videos. One has beautiful landscapes. The other was a food show showing tons of delicious food being prepared. We order a lot of food and felt like it was a really good value. The staff members were all really nice and the food was yummy. We will definitely go back!

One of my new fav Japanese spots in Omaha. The food is AYCE and the quality is pretty good. I feel like when it is AYCE sushi, sometimes the quality is not the best but that's not the case here. Service is great as well! They have so many items in their menu that even a non sushi or non seafood eater would be satisfied. They have udon, chicken karaage, tempura, yakitori, tofu, etc. My kids love that the robots bring you their food. They even have the call buttons at the tables. This is the first restaurant in Omaha I have seen have those buttons since moving from Los Angeles. In LA, all the restaurants in Koreatown have it. You push it and the sever comes immediately! I was also very pleasantly surprised by the price, def waaay cheaper than some of the other AYCE sushi places around.

First time here, the appetizers had amazing flavor. The flavor was spot on, not over powering but so good. The all you can eat aspect of it is wonderful. You can get appetizers sushi, shashimi, hibachi and so much more for the price. The drinks were also perfect!! You get so much for a great price!!

Was so excited for the Omaha Sushi Project to take on Ajisai Sushi!! They offer an al a carte menu and an all-you-can-eat menu, both with hibachi and sushi options. The AYCE menu was LARGE!!! They had special and standard roles and a bunch of appetizer options! You can really get bang for your buck with this option! We had a couple different apps including miso soup, Kani salad, gyoza, and tempura zucchini. All were pretty basic, but gyoza was pretty amazing. We also got a good mixture of rolls including a hand roll which is fun! Yam tempura roll was so good! Most rolls needed a little more fish in them but it was so fun to pick everything! The wait staff was incredibly nice and continuously checked on us and we had a special waiter, a robot! They had robots bringing by more food and drinks which was so fun! Can't wait to come back! Follow us at the Omaha Sushi Project collection! Presentation: 2/5 Crunch: 1/5 Taste: 3/5 Variety of menu: 4/5 Price: $

    Spicy tuna pizza

This place is absolutely worth it! I have gone to a few all you can eat places, and this is my favorite so far. We tried several sashimi's, and most of the 'fancy' rolls with more ingredients. Our favorites were the red dragon roll, Mexican roll, and hoppin jalapeño roll. My personal favorite item of the night was the tuna pizza! This is a lightly fried and crispy rice crust, topped with spicy tuna. It was served piping hot and tasted amazing! We came around 6 and the place was empty. Our food was SO fresh, and didn't take too long. I will say, I think the freshness decreased through the night for some reason--our last plate had sashimi that wasn't as fresh, and rolls that weren't as tasty. My only other negative through the night was the lack of sauce. I love a TON of sauce and there was hardly any on any roll or item. However, if you ask they will bring you some! I ended up with 3 sides of eel sauce through the night--I wish I had known I could get this from the beginning! The service is minimal but good, they have at least 3 robots that we counted bringing items out to tables, which was a fun experience. 2 robots collided at one point, resulting in one dish on the floor, but this was more humorous than anything! Overall I will definitely recommend this place, and come back. I will however, make a point to come in early for fresher fish, and to ask for extra sides of sauce from the beginning!

Great food and good service. Tons of parking. Nice location and the restaurant is/looks brand new. Five stars all around.

Hi does anyone know how much they charge for kids? Thanks in advance! :)

I don't believe they have one. They have the all-you-can-eat menu and the regular menu where you can order entrees or sushi combos, but I did not see a kids section. I will say this, the all-you-can-eat menu worked out well for my daughter because… Read more

Although all the things we ordered were tasty, our favorites were the KFC wings (soy ginger sauce) and the Kani Miso. KFC wings were perfect combo of super crispy outside and still soft inside meat; we preferred the soy ginger sauce on KFC wings more than the gochujang sauce we got on KFC buns. Kani miso definitely has a strong crab flavor, so not everyone may like it, but I loved it. I had gotten the simba roll at Yoshitomo as well, and I feel that I liked the one at Yoshitomo more than Koji because the roll was more drenched in sauce and had been more notably torched. The wait staff will frequently check in on you and see if you need to order more. The Bunzai Buns (runza inspired) and Gyoza are my favorite options outside of the sushi. The Gyoza are fresh, chewy, and are paired with a very flavorful sauce. Our favorite Nigiri is the Sea Bream And you truly can't go wrong with any of the rolls. Don't forget to end your meal with the cereal milk ice cream! Reservations are highly recommended as time slots will fill up fast. The atmosphere is well thought through - I enjoy how it is fairly dark in there, but the lights are shining so they are focused on the food. Can't recommend this restaurant enough!
