I had Toyota tell me I needed $1200 of work for my head gasket, but I scheduled it with him and he called me to say I didn't need the work done at all--saying a car the age of mine just has some oil leaking but it was minor. I had the car another 8 years, and the only thing ever needing replacing was the starter which James did. I hope he never retires, I can't imagine trusting anyone else working on my car as much as I trust him. I know that if he says I need something done, I need it.
